The relationship between morality and liberty is a directly proportional one.

"You've got to put right and wrong above legal and illegal. Because when tyranny becomes law, rebellion becomes duty; and it is not rebellion at all, it is submission to the higher law that our government is in rebellion to. We're not the rebels, they're the rebels."

Butt, butt, this man is spewing hate speech. How is it a Black man can feel this way after all our government has offered him?

I like it.

About 62 years ago, the world came together and established something that was very long overdue, the State of Israel. When one considers the travails of the Jewish people since the 7th century, it should bring shame upon the face of the world. These persecutions began with them being forced out of the Saudi peninsula and the Levant by muhammad and his successors. The horrors of the inquisition in Spain among other wrongs brought upon the Jews in early Europe followed. When we failed to learn from that lesson, the world would witness the supreme horror of the Holocaust in Europe. Finally, we learned the lesson. We made a commitment and established a Jewish homeland, fully recognized. ...

Yeah. He's a winner all right.

I didn't watch the video. But I am assuming he said some things there what the OP liked.

This is what happens when one does not dig deeper than the mere words spewed by a fucking politician in a video

"Anarchy is any social relationship that involves neither dominance nor submission. It is the absence of social hierarchy, with no one imposing their will on another by force or threat of punishment. Anarchy means "without a ruler", or "without government". Government here is meant in the sense of "governing over" and forcing compliance through coercion. Such order is violent order. Anarchy, by contrast, is inherently cooperative- people relating to one another as equals."

The fact that a war mongering, big government Republicrat butt-licker like Sean Hannity likes this guy should give pause to any liberty-minded person.

Maybe it's just me, but in this interview the good Colonel sounds just like any other war mongering, pro-security state Republicrat.

I'm not a resident of the district he is running in, so my opinion means nothing, but I can tell you one thing and that is that he is not any "leader" I am interested in. Besides that, I am a grown man with full confidence in myself and my capabilities. I am not a sheep that needs to be led. I neither need nor do I want someone to lead me from the cesspool of Washington DC, nor anywhere else for that matter. What I want is someone who will get the government the hell out of my way while representing my interests - the Constitution. IMHO, this person does not fit those qualifications.

Right! The "Tea Party" movement is not our movement, not Ron Paul movement.

Only if he supports RP or has him as VP.

That's a stupid statement that does not represent my beliefs. I'll tell you the exact same thing I told ferret yesterday when it comes to Ron Paul:

I do not place my hope in Ron Paul or anyone else. I place my hope in the principles of liberty that he expresses. Man is fallible, to include Ron Paul, while his ideas are based upon principles that have been developed throughout history by some of the greatest minds the world has known. While the moralities of a society may change, the principles by which a person can live as a free man do not change. They are set in concrete. It is up to us to ensure that we remain true to those principles as best as we can or suffer the consequences if/when we do not.

I posted to you West's stand on the issues. I listened to his speeches. He is a run of the mill Republicrat and as such does not hold to the morals or values that I believe in. He lives by a different set of principles than I do, as it seems, do you.

If you want to live in a police/security state in the name of the war on terror, and spend an indeterminate number of years spreading democracy throughout the Middle East in the name of the apartheid state of Israel, then more power to you. You'll not get any support from me however.

I would say that depends on how you are accumulating the wealth. If it is being accumulated on an envention that helps to solve the "energy crisis" in a way that even the "Global Warmers" can not logically object to that this accumulation is good. If you are trying to get it through the Faro banking metals markets, the Faro banking Fed and the Faro banking stock, bond, commodities and derivatives markets then that is stupid and in all probability immoral as well.

Most that served in the US military during any wars we have had since WW1 would not say that it was a "success", or that they were "fighting for freedom". Most never talk about it because they would prefer to forget they were ever involved with such evil when they were young and gullible. Armchair warriors talk about it a lot, most that actually were there in a war zone never say anything about it.

God is always good!
