Title: SOUTHERN POVERTY LAW CENTER PUBLISHES PATRIOT HIT LIST

In a report on its web site dated April 2010, entitled "Meet The Patriots," the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) profiled "36 individuals at the heart of the resurgent [patriot] movement." (In reading the list, I counted only 35 "patriots" and 5 "enablers" for a total of 40. I'm not really sure how the SPLC came up with "36." Perhaps their ability to count is commensurate with their ability to appreciate patriotism and liberty.) The SPLC (founded by Morris Dees) sees itself as America's guardian against "right wing militias" and loves to label conservatives and libertarians that it doesn't like as "extremists." The SPLC is one of the most ultra-liberal organizations in the country and should be dismissed as a group of paranoid leftists, not worthy of thought or mention.

The sad truth is, however, our federal government has chosen to exalt the SPLC to the position of being its "go to" source for information regarding "potential domestic terrorists" and similar characterizations. As a result, the information and reports disseminated by SPLC wind up in police reports and bulletins all over the United States. As an example, the SPLC had its fingerprints all over the infamous MIAC report. One could even question whether the SPLC is merely a front organization for Big Brother.

Therefore, it is highly likely that the report negatively profiling 40 American patriots will find its way into Department of Homeland Security (DHS) fusion centers and be distributed to police agencies all across the country. So, should the 40 people who find themselves targeted by SPLC expect some kind of government/police attention? Are we really that close to Nazi-style persecution in America? If the SPLC has its way, the answer seems to be a definite yes.

I remind readers that in the book, Nazi Justiz: Law of the Holocaust (page 3), there were five steps to Hitler's plans for the destruction of European Jews. Step 1: Identification/registration of the targeted group as a public menace. Step 2: Ostracism of the targeted persons. Step 3: property confiscation. Step 4: Concentration of members into geographical locations. Step 5: Annihilation. In this latest report, SPLC seems quite willing to accomplish steps 1 and 2.

Here are the 40 names that are targeted in the SPLC report (and guess who is listed at the very top? Yours truly):

The relationship between morality and liberty is a directly proportional one.

For what exactly, who knows, making it all that more difficult to be prepared since to prepare for being on the go is quite different than preparing to dig in.

on the go isn't a realistic option for me.

"Anarchy is any social relationship that involves neither dominance nor submission. It is the absence of social hierarchy, with no one imposing their will on another by force or threat of punishment. Anarchy means "without a ruler", or "without government". Government here is meant in the sense of "governing over" and forcing compliance through coercion. Such order is violent order. Anarchy, by contrast, is inherently cooperative- people relating to one another as equals."

I think I might be an anarchist as soon as we get even with the fucktards that have invaded and destroyed joy of life for the last 100 years. (Probably longer than a millenium, but it's hard to hate that much without irreversible side effects.)

Exactly. Poverty pimps and race-baiting hustlers, the whole freakin' lot of them. And Dees is the worst. Still, if people paid them no attention and would stop being stupid and sending them money they would hush and go away.

Interesting list. It seems to be a mixed bag between those I consider somewhat trustworthy (for now) and those that I wouldn't so much as follow into the kitchen under any circumstances, and some I never heard of.

I wonder what the point was. Are they trying to boost the credibility of people like Beck by "attacking" him? The SPLC knows it is one of the most despised .orgs out there.

I don't get it.

McCarthy took up the cause from Martin Dies of HUAC.

HUAC was created to hunt for NAZI spies etc, when they found none, but instead found lots of communist spies, Dies was finished.

"A member of the Democratic Party, Dies was first elected to the Senate in 1931. A passionate anti-communist, Dies was the first chairman of the Un-American Activities Committee (HUAC) that was established in 1937. Soon afterwards Dies received a telegram from the Ku Klux Klan: "Every true American, and that includes every Klansman, is behind you and your committee in its effort to turn the country back to the honest, freedom-loving, God-fearing American to whom it belongs."

The following was written in 2009, but applicable today. FBI's Robert Mueller recently stated that Domestic Terrorists are as big a threat as Al-Qaeda. [Hegelian-Dialectic/Bait-and-Switch Mission Accomplished]. FEMA is holding a Nuclear Drill next month [where "domestic terrorists" set off a nuclear device in America] and trying to cover it up. "Domestic Terrorists", i.e., patriots, Christians, tax protesters, Sovereign Citizens, white folk, etc. are being set-up to take the fall for the next false flag "terrorist" event, possibly coming soon to a city or town near you. The following sounds very plausible (IMO):

"....prepare for the foreign troops to surface. But better to get them out in the open BEFORE they can perpetrate another FALSE FLAG!! That is coming, folks. You can see the build-up all over the news today. They are escalating the Alert Level from DHS in all public places. See the article below here: Anatomy of a False Flag and False Flag G-20 compilation of articles HERE......"

"You know, the “endgame” was always to put us under UN/international/global government control, right? So looking at this document only confirms a belief we have that they may stage a “takedown” of the guy in the Oval Office so that Janet can step in and put us immediately under UN control. DHS was ALWAYS the initial Shadow Government created in the fear of 9/11 for this express purpose. They wanted us afraid so we would turn over our liberties in exchange for security. DHS came in (from UN roots) and began the process of coordinating the intelligence of ALL federal entities. Before DHS, the information was compartmentalized. Not ANYMORE. See the info on the new FUSION CENTERS. Fusion Centers are where our national information gets turned over to the international supercomputers for their control of our every thought, word and deed. But, poor Nancy. She won’t get to ascend the throne as she would have liked. Janet will be the next leader ahead of her. And the Czars will become the new ’cabinet’ members. America is gone. It is time for the 2nd Republic of America. Sign the Declaration of Independence Ver 2.0 HERE (PS – Don’t sign, just acknowledge to yourself.)

******* CHECK THIS OUT!!! **************

......http://www.whitehouse.gov/the_pr...ary-of-Homeland-Security/ (Don’t visit here either, this is just confirmation of where the document came from.)

So their goal is to take him out, blame it on “right-wing terrorists,” create “civil unrest” and a “national emergency” and turn us over to foreign troops flying the UN Flag (as seen during FEMA’s National Level Exercise in July).......

Officials See Rise in Militia Groups Across US, The Huffington Post, By Eileen Sullivan, Aug 12, 2009

WASHINGTON — Militia groups with gripes against the government are regrouping across the country and could grow rapidly, according to an organization that tracks such trends.

The stress of a poor economy and a liberal administration led by a black president are among the causes for the recent rise, the report from the Southern Poverty Law Center says. Conspiracy theories about a secret Mexican plan to reclaim the Southwest are also growing amid the public debate about illegal immigration.

Bart McEntire, a special agent with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, told SPLC researchers that this is the most growth he’s seen in more than a decade.

“All it’s lacking is a spark,” McEntire said in the report.

It’s reminiscent of what was seen in the 1990s – right-wing militias, people ideologically against paying taxes and so-called “sovereign citizens” are popping up in large numbers, according to the report to be released Wednesday. The SPLC is a nonprofit civil rights group that, among other activities, investigates hate groups.......

Media Floats Talking Point that Gun Owners are Terrorists Paul Joseph Watson, Wed, Aug 12th

“Southern Poverty Law Center report says growing militia movement portends domestic terror attack, despite the fact that the government itself was behind every domestic terror attack in the 1990’s.”

The establishment media and the Southern Poverty Law Center are again floating the talking point that militia groups and worried gun owners are growing in the United States and that this could portend a violent act of domestic terror, despite the fact that every major domestic terror attack in the 1990’s was carried out by the federal government itself, from Ruby Ridge, to Waco, to the Oklahoma City bombing......

Knowing how the Illuminati telegraph coded messages through the media, I began to fear [and I know this is conspiracy theorizing of the highest order, but we ARE in the End Game, and I am throwing it out there for folks to be on guard, just in case] that the Elders were perhaps deep-sixed, or had become mind-controlled, or worst-case scenario, in it from the beginning [I truly hope the latter is not so, but they could have been "altered" www.freedom4um.com/cgi-bin/readart.cgi?ArtNum=117150 . Stubblebine is apparently an expert in the field.]

The following are articles I grabbed from a search engine regarding Albert Stubblebine [Men Who Stare At Goats] and "Sounds of Silence". Some may be duplicates, and some are not full URL's. My computer is full and acting up. I first read about this at educate-yourself.org , where there are at least 2 or 3 articles about this. Please acquaint yourselves with this.

Their list of, in effect, "and Ron Paul", pretty much "jumps the shark" for them.

They did that several names before they got to Ron. In fact I didn't see a name on that list of anyone I would be afraid of. Glenn Beck is the one name on the list of someone I have no trust in. But as for the rest of them, the ones I know a bit about anyway, I wouldn't mind sharing a beer with them. And I certainly would trust anyone on their list more than I would Dees and his outfit because I KNOW what scum they are.

DC Knows that Obama is Ineligible for Office
By JB Williams Tuesday, April 20, 2010

Members from all three branches of the Federal government already know that Barack Hussein Obama is ineligible for the office of President. National leaders, to include members of the US Supreme Court, already know that Barack Hussein Obama is not a “natural born citizen” of the United States of America, and therefore, is ineligible for the office he currently holds.

What they don’t know is how long it will take for most Americans to figure it out, or what to do about it........"

The solution is simple, as he is not legally eligible for the office no number of badly administered oaths can make it so. A simple court order vacating his installation followed by an arrest warrant for fraud, delivered by good stout Marshalls, and a frog march to the awaiting "Limo" is all that is needed.

The real plus point is that every bill he has signed immediately becomes "not law" - including Obamacare.

True, but not one in the judiciary seems to have the stones to issue the warrant.

I do believe congratulations are in order. To be placed at the top of the Southern Pimp Legalism Center's hate list is the mark of someone standing up for that which is right. A worthy and proud accomplishment.

Kudos, and thank you for your service to God and Country.

Not yet, but too many people are increasingly aware of the realities. Soon, there will be too many to continue ignoring them without threatening the continued viability of the FedGov. Like it or not the courts will be forced to act.

This is a lengthy article from Pastor Baldwin, and perhaps some on this forum think that 30 or 40 folks on the SPLC's list aren't much cause for concern; however, far down in the article, the author says the following:

This database of Americans who are perceived to be potential "enemies of the state" goes by the code name "Main Core." And according to the report, "One knowledgeable source claims that 8 million Americans are now listed in Main Core as potentially suspect. In the event of a national emergency, these people could be subject to everything from heightened surveillance and tracking to direct questioning and possibly even detention.

I'm not really sure how the SPLC came up with "36." Perhaps their ability to count is commensurate with their ability to appreciate patriotism and liberty.)

Spastic Psycho Leftist Communists like the SPLC run their demonization of Patriots maneuvers like clockwork everytime their "Democrat" masters have the reins of power. They are all Anarchists against our real government that is the Constitution and so are their "Republican" accomplices. That makes them all criminals chargeable with Treason. Resign. Also, every one of their invading hoarde that is out of uniform is chargeable as spies.

Anarchism often gets a bad rap~

Anarchy is any social relationship that involves neither dominance nor submission.

The relationship between morality and liberty is a directly proportional one.

Devvy Kidd strikes back....

Southern Poverty Law Center: Liars Ca$hing in

By: Devvy
April 19, 2010

www.devvy.com/new_site/splc_041910.html

I saw this referenced in a comment to an article at republicbroadcasting entitled:

Proposed Bill Seeks Punishment for Unauthorized Militia

(KTUL)

Legislation proposed by state Rep. Mike Shelton would increase the penalty for individuals involved in unauthorized militias or similar domestic-terror groups.

“There has been a great deal of attention given to increasing the penalties for those involved in gang activity, and while I agree that gangs are terrorizing many communities, they are not the only such threat in our state,” said Shelton, D-Oklahoma City. “In Oklahoma we have seen the damage done by militia fanatics and the Ku Klux Klan has a long history of violence and domestic terrorism. Involvement in those types of organizations should be treated no differently than participation in an urban gang.”

Shelton plans to submit his legislation through amendments to Senate Bill 2018.

Senate Bill 2018, which currently awaits a vote on the House floor, would increase the penalty for aiding or soliciting gang membership from one year in prison to five years in prison, and creates a new crime for gang-related offenses as a condition of membership, with the penalty being five years incarceration.

Shelton’s amendments would extend those penalties to other groups, including, the Christian Knights of the Ku Klux Klan and “any independent military organization that is neither recognized nor authorized by the Commander in Chief of the Militia for the State of Oklahoma.”

The FBI recently arrested several members of the Michigan-based Hutaree militia, alleging the group was plotting to kill police officers.

And several members of the Ku Klux Klan have been charged in the November 2008 shooting death of Cynthia Lynch of Tulsa (who had the mental capabilities of a child). It is believed that Klansmen recruited Lynch online and killed her when she told them she wanted to leave the initiation ritual.

“Recent news reports have graphically illustrated the threat posed by domestic terror groups like the Klan,” Shelton said. “Sadly, these groups are very much alive and active in Oklahoma. In fact, officials say Klan recruitment has grown faster in Oklahoma than any other state in the country. It is time they faced greater penalties for their activities.”

Senate Bill 2018 and Shelton’s amendment could receive a floor vote this week.

I found this looking up info on General Stubblebine, who is one of the military who purportedly approached the Guardian Elders with the Grand Jury process to Restore The Republic [The RAP Plan, or TRAP as some call it.] I became concerned when I read that the RAP Plan was "proceeding as planned", and that the Elders were "running silent and deep".

Please acquaint yourselves with this.

note to self.

feel foolish for posting "conspiracy theories" regarding RAP....however, a link at republicbroadcasting had a link today to A. True Ott, The Story Behind the Story. A. True Ott wrote "The Sound of Silence - The Antithesis of Freedom":

When I clicked on the link I got "Reuested page is not here!" [sic]

Further, Tim Turner, one of the Guardian Elders of the Restore America Plan [RAP], was scheduled to be on radio last night and wasn't.

According to the live Talkshoe broadcast this evening, Tim was not going to be available. As well, they were not taking questions on The Restore America Plan.

I have a little difficulty navigating those sites, so maybe I'm missing something, but if not, it all seems a little strange. I hope everything is ok. Tim Turner IS on the road a lot, and maybe it just didn't work out for him to be there last night for that reason alone. I hope.

“any independent military organization that is neither recognized nor authorized by the Commander in Chief of the Militia for the State of Oklahoma.”

The chattering class is getting nervous. "Bad Sheep! You don't want to hurt the nice crook politician now would you?"

Too many people are getting irate to the point of arming themselves and joining groups. Too many groups and there aren't enough "snitches" to watch them all - particularly when some of the snitches have "accidents".

Notice also that any group does not worship the government or has out of the mainstream views are now (((((shudder)))) scary scary "terrorists".
