In effect, the Declaration of Independence was a declaration of DIVORCE or dissolution of the relationship with King George for causes stated within the document. All democratic governments ideally operate with the consent of the governed. When one of these governments becomes tyrannical and most of them do the free people have a "duty" to throw off the tyranny and if they choose re-establish and re-institute a new government. Even if we Americans have somehow "consented" to be ruled over by the United States Government through an adhesion contract of some sort we are still entitled to a divorce for cause. There is no question that the last 100 years have witnessed an attack upon the very principles upon which the original agreement was made tolerable. The current D.C. Govt. is intent upon dividing the people and balkanizing the country. The current govt. is intent upon empire under the guise of an international monetary reformation. Every restraint placed upon the govt. in its creation is now being openly violated to the detriment of the people and their liberties causing IRREPARABLE DAMAGES. No judge could deny the divorce is justified. Personally, I believe Americans are the most propagandized people on earth today. The Constitution has been completely bastardized because Americans have tolerated the misdeeds of criminals for 150 years due to much propaganda and spin creating just enough doubt to prevent a revolution. When ones principles are continually violated by the STATE or one is required to financially support through taxation issues that violate their conscience, that person is actually being assaulted, robbed and tortured. I divorced the criminal D.C. Govt. about 25 years ago. I did much investigation, research and study before dissolving my relationship with the FEDERAL (D.C.) Govt. My own personal decision was based upon my Biblical beliefs combined with the barrage of unnecessary attacks upon my personal liberties by a rogue government operating unrestrained as Constitutionally mandated. If everyone did as I have the U.S. Govt. would fail. Remaining married to the U.S. Govt. is tantamount to being married to a mafia don and knowingly and willingly remaining married to a murdering thug simply because you get to live high on the hog. Everything about marriage to Uncle Sambo, the mafia don and murderer is based upon legal fiction and fraud. If one wants the divorce they must reject fraud entirely and remove theirself from it absolutely. Some people are just like the battered spouse that remains in the marriage out of fear of reprisal from the abusive partner. Some people like the benefits associated with being the mafia don's wife and ignore the murderous activities that support the lifestyle. 25 years ago the FEDERAL usurpations and violations of liberty weren't anywhere near as blatant so it was understandable (to me) why so many remained attached to a dick-head like Uncle Sambo.

It can be done, it should be done and ultimately if we are to prevail and remain free IT WILL BE DONE. Your response about "without incurring difficulties" probably sounds more pussified than you actually are, but hey bud, there's a real war going on here and you're buying weapons for the enemy and paying their soldiers !!! Simply complying is how we arrived here at the abyss of WW III and the loss of our country ... compliance doesn't work for shit ! I guess first ya have to be committed. Really committed. Then you have to get off of your ass and learn how to put it into action. Excellent point and I'm ready for open rebellion. As the chattering, Spanish- speaking Macaws continue to act like angry Invaders in AZ and other border states, perhaps more will come to this thinking.

I think it's very likely riots will break out in AZ. I wouldn't be surprised if vigilantes start taking the law into their own hands. The Mexicans are getting loud, Al Sharpton wants to join em ... and it looks like the media is trying to instigate a race war.

Not difficult to imagine what event would trigger off a race war..AGAINST ALL WHITES...in the major cities of this country. When that erupts, there will be a shoot on sight order that will stop it.
