A "nearly-failed state"? wtf would a completely-failed one look like?!?! As for our government giving out travel advisories about going to Mexico I wonder if this guy hasn't heard that the First Wookie has actually encouraged Americans to go there. See, it was perfectly safe for her and her whelps but then they were surrounded by goons with fully automatic machine guns to protect them. And of course she was getting a free ride (for her) at other people's expense.
