Killer of Border Patrol agent gets 40 years (ElPee)

I have no objection to people shooting the border patrol. After all, they are evil as this article shows: http://www.lewrockwell.com/grigg/grigg-w143.html
However, I strongly object to anyone killing a border patrol agent for the purpose of robbery.

My joy over McCain's defeat, is offset by my disappointment over hObama's victory.
They certainly appear to be angry. Typically, what is not shown are the things that were done to them to cause them to become angry.
I meet and have hired Mexicans in Arkansas as bricklayers and to mow my lawn and they are seem nice enough.
I really don't want them here and I don't like having to listen to every phone call in Spanish and English. However, it is too late to deport them. We should have done that 50 years ago when there were only a few.
Now there are 50 million and therefore too big a political force, especially since all the nice liberal white ladies are going to support their rights to be here. However, after the soon to be economic collapse, the unemployment rate, job prospects, and conditions will be so bad in the USA they may migrate back to Mexico which, as bad as it is, will probably be an improvement.
The relationship between morality and liberty is a directly proportional one.
"You've got to put right and wrong above legal and illegal. Because when tyranny becomes law, rebellion becomes duty; and it is not rebellion at all, it is submission to the higher law that our government is in rebellion to. We're not the rebels, they're the rebels."

If those last people in the video were white, they'd have been tazed, beaten, and maced with the first few words ala that kid in Maryland. But being Mexican they get a pass.
But let's not forget, they're heroes, and it's never more evident that they're heroes when the show up at someone's home that's alone with an armored truck, riot gear, automatic weapons, and when they outnumber the "perp" 40-1 and are there because he refused to pay some taxes.
That is the difference. They cops didn't outnumber the Mexicans and besides the Mexicans fight back. The cops know they could get killed or injured so they give the Mexican respect. The cops know whites will not fight back, therefore the whites don't deserve respect.
Actually, there are two Americas. The big cities and the small towns like I live in. In the big cities, the cops are bullies and cowards.
Where I live the police are very nice. They don't tazor women and children or dress up military type or riot gear. They may stop you for a traffic violation; but, when they do, they are polite and professional. And, unlike big cities, there are no metal detectors or guards at the entrances at the court houses and similar places. They are as open as Wal-mart.
After they have been here for a while, even the Federal Marshals are nice. I feel certain they learn that it is not acceptable behavior to act like jack booted thugs.
That would be like attempting to herd cats. They are going to go where they want to go. Besides the Mexican border police would not allow them into Mexico unless they have their papers. It would be a stand off. Americans would say, here are your people, take them." Mexico would say, "We don't take your American trash. They don't have papers, so they are not from our country."
Furthermore, unlike whites who follow orders and act like sheep, Mexicans will fight and they have guns. The police don't outnumber them 40 to 1. In fact the police are outnumbers. After a few cops are shot, they will decide they need to take care of more urgent matters such as directing traffic at a grade school. Our military is all in other countries so they would be no help, and the national guard would be no different then the police. They didn't volunteer to be shot so they would find a hundred ways to avoid danger.
