Yes, the calf got to its feet and trotted off into the herd.

The first time I saw that footage the monitor was mighty blurry - this time was just great because I knew the outcome.

He appeared to be. Did you see that the lions were engaged in a tug of war with a croc over the little thing? It is a miracle he lived.

Yes, I was glad that the little guy got away. But then, water buffaloes are very dangerous animals when they are mature. Get downright nasty, but I still didn't want to see him eaten alive. I know it is just nature and that is the way it is but I don't like to watch it and like it when the "underdog" gets away.
