The point in this is to bias the general public against the AZ law. I know this took place in a different state. The baseline of the report should have been unwarranted police violence, not racial profiling.

"With respect to the words general welfare, I have always regarded them as qualified by the detail of powers connected with them. To take them in a literal and unlimited sense would be a metamorphosis of the Constitution into a character which there is a host of proofs was not contemplated by its creators."

We can't allow prostitute politicians sway people into believing racial profiling is a crime. It isn't, and it's been used since the dawn of time. The next time some whacked out leftist screeches about racial profiling, tell them it's perfectly legal and *sane.* If they continue to squeal, ask them what law it violates.

Well, now you are talking about non-violent civil disobedience.

We want the authorities to be violent and even to hurt or kill us to help us achieve our goals.

When you go into a tree you invite action that defines to the public who the oppressor is and who is wrong. Much the same way Indians allowed the British to beat them when they tried to enter the mines which helped them to show imperialism is wrong and help them achieve their independence.

This is why we won in the Headwaters, and why they generally would just as soon leave us alone in the trees. If you climb a tree for forest defense without realizing you could die, you are a fool and not in touch with reality.

I nearly died in an urban sit and got a big out of court settlement and changed the way the city handles tree cutting and how they deal with tree sits.

I could of killed the guy who made me fall, but then I would of lost. My last minute hanging from that branch at 42 feet above the pavement I was calm and expecting to die.

I woke up in the hospital, I didn't expect that. We are not cowards. Go ahead and kill us. We will win if you do.

The silly thing about what he did by trying to interdict me causing my fall was I was only going up a tree not slated to be cut to hand a banner and establish a presence for a demonstration the next day.

I could of just climbed down and surrendered to be arrested as a trespasser when I realized I had a foolish and overzealous idiot on my ass. Or I could of gotten pissed and hurt or killed him.

Instead, as a very competitive former paratrooper who understood the mission, I let him corner me into a situation where I would up falling three stories to the pavement. I am extremely competitive, stick to the mission, and don't scare easily.

No boast, just how it is. And there are plenty of forest defenders as fearless or more so, and many of them are younger then me, and much better climbers. ;-)

This is an example of cops having had enough of the day in, day out bull shit that comes with the job. I'm not defending it, but let me tell u after 5,6,7 years most cops should be retired much like the military. From experience I'm here to tell you the best members of the police department learn to hate the public (albeit unjustly at times). IMVHO, a "career" in the PD should be 10 years tops.

The other thing that doesn't help is cops with an IQ of my waist size. ... and no, I'm not some kind of obese county sow. LOL

I was hired by the NYPD in 1968, after having placed in the high 90s on their standardized testing. I was 6'0", 170 pounds. Today I'm 6'0", 210 thanks to La Dolce Vita. Obese cops never would have made it through a week of the academy. The testing - and physical requirements - were since modified many times over to accommodate for the idiot minorities that couldn't pass. I worked in every slum NYC has to offer and I'm here to tell you, the NYPD then, and I suppose now, is considered an occupying force by most of the public. Fine, I/we get it. If I were king, I'd withdraw all law enforcement from these slums and let them police themselves. Believe me those slums would be up in flames by July. But I digress. Back to the cops who kicked the shit out of this illegal. God bless them. I'd like to order a few thousand more and send them to the border for immediate posting. I dare say the illegal problem, with the support from the public, would end in a matter of months.

It's always been a "heavy-hand" of Government(s), it's just that in the past our national morality has kept a lid on this ass-holish behavior that is now exhibited daily around the nation on a regular basis almost everywhere.

In my youth I knew cops that were crooked enough to have kids in my neighborhood rob houses for them and others that were drug dealers, but under normal circumstances they didn't go around beating people down without cause.

These days the cops in most metro areas have to deal with illegal foreigners that are not only criminal but also detest the U.S. In the old days there were illegals but they "did want to work" and kept a low profile to avoid being deported.

Of course, we've always had a criminal element made up mostly of foreigners, ie., the mafia, Jewish mafia, that ultimately became wealthy and sophisticated enough to own Vegas, politicians, judges and legitimate corporations.

The Mexicans will be slaughtered before that happens because of their propensity to commit heinous and unnecessary violent crime against innocent victims.

All of that being said, the cop takes the job and should understand the shit that comes with it. I know they become callous after dealing with the element that is most often their clientele, hut when they get out of line they need to pay the price just like everyone else.

These days cops have become bullies and act indifferent towards nice people that aren't criminal treating them as if they are. The I.Q. of modern cops is questionable. The background checks and profiling for most police departments indicates the system is recruiting a mental midget with post traumatic stress, and that's a tragedy waiting for a place to happen.

"The smallest of frauds such as Santa Claus are perpetrated upon children by criminals in order that the largest of frauds such as the FEDERAL RESERVE may be had upon them as adults."

Eric...

If you are looking for justice in our legal system you will not find it, even in your home town.

Magnify it a hundred times and place yourself in NYC, you would totally understand.

There is NO justification for beating anyone, however, in big cities it has become a necessity to maintain any semblance of order, order not justice.

I moved out of NYC because they were putting armed guards in schools to protect the teachers from the students. Animals Eric, animals, constant fear and these days the ONLY thing they understand is FORCE.

That is the way it is.

I've been gone since the 80s, so I haven't a clue what they do today. I detest most of their pussified, revenue collection activities. In fact, when guys like myself get together with friends we laugh because we know we'd be arrested in due time - not for bribery, but for kicking the shit out of scumbags. A night time burglar got more "justice" from street cops than any political hack in a black robe could ever deliver. And the public LOVED it. So to your question, way back when, you'd be fine. I'd bet a weeks pay back then you could travel from one end of the city to the other w/o being called a Mick or a wop. In fact you'd never be noticed......

A large problem with contemporary society in America is that there seems to be a reward for asocial behaviour. If parents would reprimand or correct their childern with a wee bit of pain to encourage modified behaviour, we would see both reduced crime and government levels.

But, because common sense is not instilled in children these days, we see more and more government attempting to legislate common-sense. It is too late.

Funny how many here automatically assume, just like these cops, which scares the hell outta me, that anyone that even remotely looks "hispanic/latino/Mexican/whatever," is an illegal immigrant.

Prior to the 1960s, in court minorities were given no slack " because of their color or race".

Check any major city, minorities will have rap sheets as long as their arms, dismissed, probation, dont do it again, released to their Momma, on and on, endless. That is not Justice.

Cops are now there to maintain order, not dispense justice. Once the order breaks down, there is no longer law, order or justice.

I dont like cops either. I have family member that is a Judge and he is sick of the entire "system". Whenever a minority appears in front of him, the first thing out of the criminals lawyers mouth is about the culprit being an abused minority.

The relationship between morality and liberty is a directly proportional one.

I think if you check the records you will find the longest wrongly imprisoned were white men. That just might tend to display Justice is color blind.

Modern cops are the bane of society, and they are all we have. Beat the wrong guy, kick down the wrong door, send them to prison, I have no problem with that.

Moralists in our society have put ALL police at a disadvantage by instilling in minorities that they have "rights". These same moralists have allowed these rights to be extended as a protection from lawful prosecution.

As I have said before, watch the minority cops, they soon learn, they are there to keep order.

Down this way, I'll have to say that the "swarthy" have been here longer than this "white man."

Taking a look at "white" man, they are and have always been a minority. A minority that is now being bred out of existence. Western Europe long the bastion of strength of the white race is now rapidly losing ground. A small percentage of those whites are aiding and encouraging this transformation, a change that if spoken against brings forth the wrath of the many.

On balance, we see no inroads in the reverse direction, in the colored nations of the world. No change in China, Japan, India, SE Asia, Africa. The white man currently is the curse of the colored world, and it seems many will not be content until whites are crushed and gone.

Being that whites are the tiny minority, one perceives that their desire to remain white is immoral, illegal and will not be tolerated. In our American "white race" we have assimilated people of color such as Jews, Italians, Greeks, on and on, but at our own pace. All of them adopted our culture and now consider themselves white. This took hundreds of years. Now we are being flooded with millions of people of color all in a short period of time, people that have NO intention of becoming white nor of adopting the current culture. White is passe and or immoral or criminal, the ills of the world all have come from the white race, yet when we look at countries populated by people of color, what do we see???? What we see we do not want.

Tell that to the Invaders as they slit your white throat at the behest of the FedGov. Again, I'm sorry for being white, but in case you and others have missed the signs, we have been profiled. You have a choice to deal with that insult, or fight back. I choose the latter.

No insult intended JT, just an honest opinion, take it or leave it.

By the way, I am not a fool and realize that as an retired cop that did an excellent job at his vocation, you are like me; you don't really do more then mentally put people on ignore, as you have to see exactly what they are up to.

I don't believe for a moment you have anyone on bozo in actual fact. No insult meant in this observation either, just a reality check.

I'm as white as they come and proud of it, JT.

Don't know what to say, but there are lots of black folks and hispanics that are as much American as me or you. A great, great many of them are as fed up with what's going on with the total malfeasance on the part of the criminal out of control FedGov as the rest of us and see their jobs, safety and fortunes as much at risk as us white folks.

If you want to do racial politics, suit yourself, but the powers that be know how to play that game of jiu-jitsu, and they will have you on the mat every time.

And they all get a "leg up" on you and your kids because of their color - it's government sanctioned racism, (please don't call it reverse racism). I hate it, it's unfair and we don't need additional browns entering to make the fix even more lop sided. Tell that to your friends and see if they agree.

Seriously dude, it is plain as day to see, there's something up with that. As for you, there are times you pissed me off these past few years it would of given me great pleasure to kick your fucking ass. One thing you should remember when you get the predilection to attempt to bully me or inflict torment, I am almost impossible to intimidate.

What you seem to miss here, where your extreme cognitive dissonance is, is that you are the instigator of things.

And I do honestly believe that you would possibly become more the semblance of a civilized, socially well adjusted person if you were spanked soundly by someone not your size.

So what? It's not like I haven't fought larger opponents with the same degree of arrogance before. I saw your frame in the video you posted once, it helps me size up that is wrong with your picture well.
