This was a genuine campaign ad!! The point was that the candidate was in favor of racial profiling at the airport. He says he wouldn't mind be profiled for extra thorough frisking - IF "good looking" white guys were committing terrorist acts (I suppose he was joking about the good looking part). But, of course, since it's darker skinned Middle Eastern types who have been doing it, then anyone with a darker skin or an Arabic name should expect the extra hassle and shut up about it.
Of course, a number of Moslem terrorists have turned out to be American converts, with light skins and American accents. And there were instances of Arab terrorists planting bombs in the luggage of unsuspecting Anglo-Saxons.
