I sent a friend a link to the youtube video I posted about how to complete a census. I asked him if he would mind if I posted his reply and he said go for it so here it is.

In answering the 2010 census, I only answered Question #1 -

How many people live in this house, apartment, or mobile home?

Zero. It's not a house, apartment, or mobile home. It's an office/shop.

The census form is very interesting. Question #1 is set off in a box from the rest of the form. The box contains directions for answering Question #1 only. This is the only question authorized by the Constitution for the government to ask. The Constitution does not mandate individuals to answer as the Constitution only applies to the federal government.

2010 (R) CENSUS

The (R) above represents the registered trademark symbol as it appears (very small) on the front of the envelope. Registered trademarks are used by corporations. When did corporations get the lawful authority to command answers to questions posed to individuals? That's easy!
