Sure. Why not? Just keep in mind that it should go both ways. Any business owner should have the right to say who his customers are, and who they are not.
But it's a silly question. No KKK will eat at a nigger owned restaurant.
I would also think that particularly in a restaurant you'd like to know, since if they don't like "your kind," then who knows what they're going to do to your food. Kinda off the main point, just sayin'.
