When Duke wins a primary, or even comes close to it, then he can talk.

The problem with your comment is that Duke's background precludes either of the MONSTER parties supporting him and as a result he can't succeed within the existing political framework of America.

You seem to recognize the guy as being literate and intelligent besides knowing his background. But you fail to realize the odds of winning in an election which is pre-conditioned by the Democrat/Republican political party machine.

But you fail to realize the odds of winning .....

Yeah, yeah, yeah, whatever.

I'm not happy about everything Rand is about, and obviously it's not a level playing field with the R & D parties.

But it irritates me when armchair quarterback's start giving advice to people that they have no chance of coming close to.

there isn't a chance in hell that Duke could get elected on a federal level with his criticism of Israel and the chosen ones.

Oh, I know. But that's why when we get someone on line to win something, we ought to lay off the criticism. Sure, I'm disappointed Rand isn't talking like his dad, but at least he understands that the Constitution means something.

Then there is no reason for chit-chat channels..... nope, none.

Acknowledgment is a good thing. Have you had an opportunity to review the world around you today?

What do you think about your past comment concerning the gulf situation: "the world will heal itself" or some such nonsense?

When did I say that? Got any links to said comment?

Four million gallons is a drop in the bucket when you are talking about the Gulf of Mexico. Not to say it won't kill some fish and birds but to think that four million gallons is going to destroy the Gulf of Mexico is foolish. Now if she is talking about that much a day or something like that, then yes, that could be very serious. But oil seeps into the ocean all the time and it is broken up by natural processes. I suspect this one will be too. -- James Deffenbach

ROTFL ....

Are you claiming that four million gallons--which IS what they said--is anything more than a drop in the bucket when you compare that to the Gulf of Mexico? Laugh all you like but what I said was true. If all they had been talking about was four million gallons it wouldn't even be noticeable in a body of water that size. And this one will be broken up by natural processes given enough time. But then you believe in loony $#it like global warming and peak oil. The sky is falling buck, better get an umbrella.

ROTFL .... use your own mind man ... be critical about EVERYTHING in life. Use your GOD given talents.

But that is only one of the links you challenged me with. Are you encouraged to go further on this particular topic in retrospect?

I based my statement on what they said at the time. I had no way of knowing whether it was true or not and never claimed that what they were saying was true. I said IF she was talking about four million gallons a day...and taking my statement in context it was true then and it is still true now. Oil leaks from the seabed all the time and is broken up by natural processes. Given sufficient time this one will too. And no, I don't know how much time would be required.
