Is Joe Biden, you know, the Vice President of the United States still alive? Does the White House keep him in a pet cage in the dungeon or something? They should at least keep him out ala Weekend at Bernies to let people know he still exists.

The man is a parody of himself. He's always on message. It's just never actually his party's message: While talking about the experience of troops returning from Vietnam, [Biden] joked "I didn't serve in Vietnam. I don't want to make a Blumenthal mistake here. Our attorney general from Connecticut, God love him." Later on he added "I have a bad habit of saying exactly what I think."
Didn't Cheney spend 7 of his 8 VP years hiding in his bunker (or from the press after shooting a close personal friend with a shotgun)? Most VPs are kind of embarrassing.
