When you visit Alamo, you can feel it in your soul and spirit, that you are treading on sacred soil.

If you ever have the chance to visit, please do not pass it up.

I was only thirteen, when my parents took us on the Texas Mission Trail, and it lives with me to this day, half a century later.

Why we ever joined the God-awful USA, I'll never understand...
