Wow... Uh... No. Why would the Saudis want to cut their own throats? I've come to one conclusion where 9-11 is concerned. The Muslim World was not involved.
As much as they hate us, they have enough troubles of their own. They don't need to import more woe. In fact, why is the muslim world our enemy anyway? They have something we want, and we could have easily bought as much of it as we wanted. So why is this such a problem?
Because there is an agenda to bring every third world nation under the bootheel of the international bankers. Remember folks, it's not the government that controls the world, it's the banks. They control the money, therefore they control it all, and there are a lot of places in the world that banks don't have a foot hold in.
There are a lot of places where the banks don't want a foothold in, because of the people that live there. So, the answer to the problem is to get rid of the people they don't want.
They create wars, then after a country is destroyed, they go in, and offer money to help rebuild and of course what happens next? That country suddenly becomes their new bitch.
Happened here in America a long time ago, and it's been happening ever since with startling regularity. Whenever there's a need for revenue and wealth, and when the world seems to be failing financially, the solution 100 percent of the time is a WAR.
Peace hasn't proven profitable to these parasites.
You want world peace overnight? Kill every international and national bankster and their organization. Destroy them, and their families. Soon, you have a world where people can talk to each other that isn't under the control of a wealthy elite who uses money as a form of leverage.
This world is nothing but a world built on lies, built by liars, and maintained by the ignorant sheep who believe the lies their told out of fear.

Cooperating with the US CIA/military was not cutting their own throats. While the majority of the alleged plotters were Saudis, the US looked to blame Afghanistan and Iraq, neither of which was involved.
The Pakistan intelligence agency was also most helpful.
