My favorite porn consists of girls using vibrating machines!

If constant vibration were the key to thinness, then bus drivers and newspaper pressmen would look more like Fabio than Ralph Kramden.

No, it doesn't do any significant good, and the constant vibration might actually do some harm (e.g., to the inner ear).

i think the russians use em for the space program.

the principle behind it is valid.

but nothing works like they tell you when they're selling it

How pleasant, I've found a post that you've made that I agree with 100%, without reservation. :)

Lymph and circulation makes some sense.

Other thoughts:

1) Placebo effect

2) Reduced stress and anxiety (both of which make you fat) for people with sensory integration issues.

I'd really like the opportunity to vibrate that.

The best ways to lose fat are:

1. Eat less, but more nutritionally packed, foods. Less calories but higher vitamin, mineral and fiber content.

2. Eat smaller meals, more often, avoid eating larger meals less often (iow, don't eat on the same schedule as a snake).

3. Exercise in the morning before you've had a bit of food or drink. It immediately starts burning against the fat stores.

4. Exercise more often.

There are no shortcuts.
