Title: State Dept Wants Own ‘Combat Force’ for Iraq

Officials Aim to 'Duplicate' Military Force After Dec. 2011

Tenuous though it may be, the Obama Administration maintains that it still intends to complete the Iraq military pullout by the end of December 2011. Even that won’t be the end of combat operations, however.

Now the US State Department is looking to get into the war fighting business in its own right, saying it needs its own combat force to meet the “extreme security challenges in Iraq.”

Not only is the State Department looking for a combat force, they insist they need to “duplicate the capabilities of the US military,” seeking to acquire 24 Black Hawk helicopters, and a number of other combat vehicles.

The State Department says the creation of the new force is necessary for a “smooth transition,” but it leaves open the question: transition from what to what?

For over seven years now, the US Defense Department has dominated Iraq, and with its time presumably coming to an end, will Iraqis simply stand by and watch as the US State Department takes its place?

Looks like the communists at STATE want a tactical escape force so that after their plan for America's fall is completed they're able to avoid the death squads that will be in hot pursuit.

And, BWAHAHAHAHA, you get to pay for it !!!

YOU only count when it's census or TAX time" ... don't you find it ironic that the census bureau says they rely upon the Constitution for their authority and pays their help in UNCONSTITUTIONAL FRNs ... bend over and lick the hand that beats you !

Perpetually PMSing rabid ZioNutter Hitlery wants her own army.

That's a shocker.

Used to be that the military enforced U.S. foreign policy. Now they form it, so maybe its understandable that State wants its own military.

This report is somewhat in error. They aren't looking for a fight. DoS is asking for the Blackhawks, PSD, support equipment, and mine-resistant vehicles so they can continue to play their prima-donna games on the taxpayers back (just think of a bunchg of liberals or an ex-wife with a blank check).

State wants to form a mini-army for Iraq security

In an early April request to the Pentagon, Patrick Kennedy, the State Department's under secretary for management, is seeking 24 Black Hawks, 50 bomb- resistant vehicles, heavy cargo trucks, fuel trailers, and high-tech surveillance systems. Kennedy asks that the equipment, worth hundreds of millions of dollars, be transferred at "no cost" from military stocks.

No cost to whom? Surely its not "no cost" to taxpayers.

Now, you may ask what they will be used for:

By September 2011, the 22 U.S.-led reconstruction teams spread throughout Iraq will be replaced by five "Enduring Presence Posts," according to the documents Kennedy sent to the Pentagon. The State Department will be responsible for all the costs of operating these stations, including security, until at least 2015.

The Provincial Reconstruction Teams are a bunch of sanctimonious little turds who pay out a lot of money for substandard projects (schools, bridges, clinics, etc)throughout Iraq.

As a longtime defense contractor enthusiastically participating in America's War of Terror, you make a living out of bilking the American taxpayer, so what do you care about the cost to those same taxpayers? You sound like a liberal whining because someone else is getting a share of your pie or maybe a little kid mad because he has to share his toy with his little brother.

I always laugh when I read you lovers of empire complain about taxes and/or big government. LOL! It's those taxes and that big government that allow you to avoid living a normal "boring" life like the rest of us. It's those taxes and that big government that allow you to set up your Iraqi spy rings and play James Bond. And, when you get done in Iraq, it's those same taxes and that same big government which will allow you to come back to the United States and set up those same spy rings against the American people - all in the name of security, of course. So why are you complaining? You and everyone around you are benefiting enormously from those taxes. You should be embracing and singing the praises of the big government you are enthusiastically supporting.

Hypocrite.

Heh-heh! I just love fan mail, especially about comments posted on a different forum.

It sounds like you're jealous, or unemployed.

So why are you complaining?

In case it escaped your feeble mind, I was ragging on State Department faggots and their attempts to drag this fiasco out further.

How's that Hopey-Changey thing coming along for ya'?

LOL! Unlike yourself, who was obviously unable to make it in civilian life, I have done quite well for myself since leaving the army. As for being jealous, you got it wrong. I'm not jealous, I'm disgusted. Disgusted to hear you bitch and whine about taxes while benefiting from those same taxes. Disgusted to see you and your LP cronies try and portray yourselves as small government conservatives while at the same time cheer leading the War of Terror and empire building. You are no different than those at the State Department.

How's that Hopey-Changey thing coming along for ya'?

LOL! This isn't LP or Liberty's flame sparky. That old "if you don't support the War of Terror then you are an Obama voter" bullshit doesn't fly here. In case you haven't noticed dumb ass, Obama is continuing and expanding upon the same programs begun by your buddy Bush. If hope and change were working for me then either Ron Paul or Chuck Baldwin would be president, not a Bush clone.

Heh-heh. Is that why RP pulled out. You and your bays are birds of a feather............ losers.

Since you've obviously been following my postings at LP, you should realize that I am a civilian, unless that escaped your narrow point of view, dumbass.

You seem to follow quite a bit of what I and my "LP cronies" post about. Why not join the fun? We enjoy a fan club;)

Assclown.

LOL! Says the one who couldn't make it as a civilian and had to continue sucking on the government tit after he left the army. As for you believing Ron Paul to be a loser, that is no surprise. You lovers of big government can't stomach anyone that shows you to be the faux conservatives you are. That's why your ilk has tried so hard to change the definition of conservative from one who disavows big government to one who supports Israel and American empire at any and all costs.

Since you've obviously been following my postings at LP, you should realize that I am a civilian, unless that escaped your narrow point of view, dumbass.

Semantics. Whether you work directly for the federal government or are a MIC contractor, you are still getting your money from the American taxpayer and are therefore a drain on society. You are a corporate welfare queen and have the same exact effect on society as does a single mom living in the projects pumping out kids every 9 months.
