What really surprises me is that the cop wasn't jumped. In NYC, that would have gotten a lot uglier for the cop.
He didnt punch it in the face for jaywalking. Put your hands on a cop and expect a punch in the face if not worse. Put your hoofs on any man like this stupid sow did, then expect to pay the price. Stupid niggers. I have to side with the cop on this one. A punch to the face will stop a chimpout. As bad a cops are nowadays, I still think he did the right thing. This is not even close to the oscar grant murder in oakland and other things pigs do that were caught on tape.

the girl in the pink was trying to defend her friend--trying to pull her away from the cop. that's when he punched her. certainly from what we can see, there was no reason for the pig to put his hands on her to begin with. jaywalking? loitering at most.
Depends on the circumstances, perhaps. Did it create a danger to itself or others, or was it a nuisance ? If not, then you're right. Was it the typical nigger-standing-in-the-street-talking-about-fried-chicken or whatever these things talk about that they find it worth walking into and then blocking traffic for? Then throw the book at it. This sow also cussed at the cop. Interesting that this was edited out. Go looking for trouble and trouble will find you. As mad as a person might be at a pig, cussing at them is not smart. Fight them in a courtroom, not the street. .

True. But as a practical matter, don't fight the pigs on the street. Expect it to be a life and death fight. And the shtf hasn't happened yet. When it happens, all bets are off. But don't blame the system. Blame the juries. Blame your fellow citizens. They have the the first, and final, say in the matter. .

I'm thinking that an "entitlement" attitude towards the cop made that situation turn out worse than it should have to begin with. I'm guessing that they jaywalked right in front of the cop and then told the cop to fuck off. Guess what: that doesn't work with any cop.

But it takes effort to learn about jury nullification and other topics that aren't taught in "FedGov/Dept. of Edumacation civics textbooks". Some things are just too hard, I guess. It's so much easier to watch some celeb asswipes dancing on the boob tube. Like I say, it's their own fault that they don't know this stuff. There is, of course, some truth to that, but Artisan's done it successfully several times.
IMVHO, when you cause an officer to make a court appearance, thereby taking him off patrol - not to mention the work associated with docketing the case - you already cost the system more than the fine. I know it isn't feasible for most people to take the time to do this, but if enough do, they system will grind to a crawl. I suggest people use all their appeals and in the end be prepared to be found guilty, but again, it's about over loading the system, being found innocent is secondary.
i am very surprised at your defeatist and slavish attitude here. i am not talking theory. i kick their @$$ regulary. i have won in superior court of appeals in so. cal. , and many many other victories. i didnt spend a f...king dime. i didnt miss work. they are evil thieving pigs and i see it as a moral imperative to resist them. after i win, i brag about it and post the docs online. you CAN win, but if you choose not to, and submit instead, well. to each their own.

EIGHT TIMES to be precise, and that's just in traffic court. i have won in civil court many times too. the highlight being when i sued warren buffets GEICO, without a lawyer, and kicked their @$$ Too! orange county, CA. I have many more stories. one must desire it. i actually do not like court. but injustice bothers me more, so i feel driven to do it. it is a moral belief for me, literally.

Thank god he has since grown up some and is now a better driver. We fought them all, and the very least that can happen - and it happened each time - is they offer a deal before trial of a reduced fine and zero points. i took dept of children services to court, also, without a lawyer, ans KICKED THEIR @$$ Too!! That was very gratifying. those here who know me know i am not exaggerating or making nonsense up. anyone can do this, it just takes desire. cps is literally a demonic agency. 'shudder'

chronology. 2001: got stopped at a drivers license 'checkpoint', was waived through the intersection by a uniformed cop. his partner then came behind me and ticketed me for running the light that the first cop had directed me to go through. outrageous criminal affront. i lost in court, because i did not know how to properly fight. i vowed that that will never happen again. that is the incident that started this. we have an amoral satanic government. RESIST. RESIST. RESIST.

I think you missed my point, or I failed to explain it fully. The more police officers we take off the street (whose main function now is issuing tickets) the less revenue local government generates. That, in turn, impacts the hiring & maintaining of cops. I could google hundreds of articles that bolster my point. As more and more cops get their pink slips think of this Method as Alinsky_ish.
