Put your hands on a cop and expect a punch in the face if not worse. Put your hoofs on any man like this stupid sow did, then expect to pay the price.
Stupid niggers. I have to side with the cop on this one. A punch to the face will stop a chimpout.
As bad a cops are nowadays, I still think he did the right thing. This is not even close to the oscar grant murder in oakland and other things pigs do that were caught on tape.
Did it create a danger to itself or others, or was it a nuisance ? If not, then you're right. Was it the typical nigger-standing-in-the-street-talking-about-fried-chicken or whatever these things talk about that they find it worth walking into and then blocking traffic for? Then throw the book at it.
This sow also cussed at the cop. Interesting that this was edited out. Go looking for trouble and trouble will find you. As mad as a person might be at a pig, cussing at them is not smart. Fight them in a courtroom, not the street.
no. don't spend a dime on 'lawyer'. yes, it is a rigged and biased system but if everyone fought it smart, it would crumble. in my town they got rid of the red light cams because of a few diligent people who had the smarts and guts to mount legal challenge. i have many more examples, but suffice to say. resistance is victory.
the second that you step into a courtroom, you are now at the full discretion of the judge. Barring some outlandish behavior, that you might even have to engage in at the time, they can do what they want to laws be damned.
There is, of course, some truth to that, but Artisan's done it successfully several times.

thanks buddy. EIGHT TIMES to be precise, and that's just in traffic court. i have won in civil court many times too. the highlight being when i sued warren buffets GEICO, without a lawyer, and kicked their @$$ Too! orange county, CA. I have many more stories. one must desire it. i actually do not like court. but injustice bothers me more, so i feel driven to do it. it is a moral belief for me, literally.
you say 'BFD' After saying one can't win!? it is NOT easy, they are arrogant and make it hard as they can, and lie to defenants. i spent less time than the cost of 3 yrs jacked up insurance premiums which a conviction would get you. and unlike JTs example, i dont do plea or deals. no. the geico thing was easy. their client was convicted of dui yet they still tried not to pay me. i had originally asked for 1200. when they refused i got the max in small claims at the time was 5k. b/c i tagged on punative, since they were such pricks. documented all prior attempts with certified mail. judge shouted at them that theyre lucky i chose that venue & slammed gavel, 5000 for 5 minutes. LOL.
you do realize, don't you, that a state's SUPERIOR COURT OF APPEALS is a higher court than the mere superior court where the case you referred to will be heard? If you lost, for example, and tried to appeal your ruling, then you could attempt a shot in the appelate court. So, just pay attention to deadlines, file everything properly, and launch your best defenses. the local law library can help you with procedures and language. Do not misunderstand where i argued and won, because it is beyond mere superior court where civil courts are heard. i am a layman so like i said, it CAN be done.
