CHESTER Police remind parents, youngsters and business owners that despite the warm weather and upcoming summer break, the citys curfew remains in effect.
The curfew pertains to people 17 years old and younger. The hours of the curfew are 9:30 p.m.-6 a.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 p.m.-6 a.m. Friday and Saturday.
Business owners are also reminded they are not to permit minors in their establishments during curfew hours unless a parent accompanies them.
Teenagers leaving a place of employment are permitted to travel unaccompanied to return home.
Disgusting....we used to do a lot of night fishing for channel cats. We'd also sleep in out tents and get up at the crack of dawn to go. Sheesh....the kids can't even go fishing anymore.
Or even memorialize veterans without the P.C. culture sending them home from school horrified about little plastic guns held by little plastic Army soldiers.
