As usual the WND fruitcakes miss the point. The individual on the clip says explicitly at the end that Obama was a legal US citizen at the time of birth, and the objections to his Presidency are based on racial, ethnic, and cultural bigotry.
He also said Obama wasn't born in Hawaii, a fact born out by Obama's refusal to produce a long-form birth certificate. Of course he can't produce that which doesn't exist. He is a fraud.
Being a legal US citizen from birth trumps producing documents satisfactory to k00ks. The claim he has spent $2 million on this matter is pure k00k$hit. As I state above, every single case has been dismissed out of hand without even proceeding to discovery or interrogatories. All his lawyers have had to do is tell the courts the reasons the courts have no standing, and in all cases the courts have completely agreed within days or weeks. The only other time they have to spend is ~ possibly ~ listen to the judges swat down one idiotic Birfer argument after another. No, my argument is that you're insane for believing such a stupid claim. However just for laffs let's ~ momentarily ~ presume that telling courts to dismiss cases, which the courts then swiftly do, does cost lots of money for the winnning defendants. Amen. We have here someone who worked in the elections office, whose knowledge of birth certificates was very sketchy. The Hawaii Health Dept itself says that it no longer issues the long form, that the short form that Obama made public is the only replacement b/c it now issues; this is primarily because of fairly recent privacy laws, as the long forms in some states asked all sorts of personal and intimate details about the parents. Hawaii law requires nothing less than a court order to produce anything other than that short form. In addition, both Honolulu newspapers reported his birth within ten days. There was even a newspaper interview with one of his elementary school teachers who remembered talking to the very doctor who attended his birth. We have more thorough documentation of Obama's birth than of most other presidents! The Director of Hawaii's Health Dept has attested that the Obama's b/c, which says he was born in Honolulu and that the birth was registered within two business days, is the genuine article. Even the Republican Governor of Hawaii says the same. Hillary and McCain undoubtedly had professionals investigating that issue and couldn't come up with anything. In a court case in the District of Columbia, both the US Dept of State (which is responsible for passports) and the Dept of Homeland Security (which inherited responsibility for immigration & naturalization from the DOJ) officially said that Obama was not born outside the US, that he is a natural born citizen. No one has produced legally acceptable evidence to the contrary.

I have all kinds of facts, pea brain, none of which any of you are able to rebut. Let's start out with an easy one. In the 2008 Presidential campaign, McCain spent $1.5 million for legal costs and Obama spent $1.7 million. Both had to operate under the same rules, file the same reports, in the same formats, in the same jurisdictions. So it would be expected that both costs would be approximately the same given a comparable level of legal expertise on both sides. Obama had slightly more work to do replying to some 60 frivolous Birfer k00ksuits, even with one lawyer doing full time work pro bono (free). However the overall difference between the two campaign legal costs was only $200,000. So how is it that the Birfers breathlessly parrot the idiotic claims of WorldNut Daily that the Obama campaign spent millions of dollars defending against the k00ksuits when millions of dollars were obviously spent on routine non-k00k procedures as evidenced by the McCain campaign bills. Wanna take a whack at it?
