The only places where these rumors persist are anonymous sites. The conspiracy theories have been debunked hundreds of times over by hundreds of people and nobody cares except the preprogrammed CT's. The k00ks never address any specifics I bring out to rebut them. Because they can't. Examples: None of the k00ks has ever rebutted any of these points even partially. The biggest problems with the challenges were The BC interpretation of "natural born" existing at the time of Obama's birth, is a particular version of that law which has since been changed. The Constitution itself says nothing about immigration, leaving Congress the power to regulate that itself. Immigration laws have been changed retroactively a number of times since 1790, with the new laws applying to prior periods going back years or even decades. So Congress could if it so chose, make an immigration law going back to 1950 applying to any and all Obama minutiae. And it would be perfectly legal. And Constitutional. Not that it's needed.

I'll say this one more time ... "THERE AIN'T NO CONSTITUTION" the Law of the Land has been usurped by the law of COMMERCE since we all utilize commercial paper to transact business. The Courts and the STATES collect taxes and fines etc., in commercial paper as opposed to money (real money like silver or gold like the CONSTITUTION RELIES UPON). When the Constitution plainly says that NO STATE shall make anything payable for debt other than gold or silver coin, the moment promises to pay (fiat debt based currency) became acceptable as LEGAL TENDER the Constitution became a mere PROMISE and not the law. The Law of the Sea (LAW MERCHANT) has been in full force since at least 1964. So, what the Constitution says about anything is irrelevant as pertains to law. It's an illusion to keep the slaves from rioting. C'mon ... get real ... the Constitution is a CON, a GD piece of worthless paper, and Americans are so addicted to their credit cards, bank accounts, checks, Socialist Security that they've forfeited the CONSTITUTION and the BILL OF RIGHTS, settling for privileges at the whim of their MASTER - UNCLE SAMBO. Exactly, we have had an illegal de jure gov't since the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 when the Corporation of THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA was born. It is a fiction and birth certificates were issued with our names all in capital letters to make us Corporations as well. Corporations can only contract with other Corporations. It is possible that BO doesn't have a birth certificate at all. Maybe his mother never registered him in any country, making him a "person" rather than a Corporation. If so, he cannot make a contract with the Corporation of THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. If this came to light, the illegal gov't of America would fall. It would be a much bigger issue than where BO was born.

How badly you have already lost an argument that should have died out long ago.
(1) McCain spent $1.5 million on his 2008 Presidential legal expenses. Obama spent $1.7. Why do the k00ks presume that all or even a major portion of Obama's $1.7 million is not for the same non-BC issues that McCain had to pay $1.5 million for?
Just a partial list.
(2) Why do experienced practicing lawyers explicitly state that drafting and filing motions to dismiss for lack of standing take minimal amounts of time and money, especially when they are swiftly honored by all judges, contrary to the k00kclaims that these junior attorney/law clerk tasks must have taken millions
(3) How much legal costs are incurred when cases never proceed to deposition, interrogatories, or discovery but are simply dismissed for lack of standing and/or evidence?
(4) How many individuals filing these BC conspiracy theories were either not in good standing with their State Bars or had histories of sanctions (start with Philip Berg),
(5) How many BC k00k cases were badly bungled by these incompetent plaintiffs who failed to follow basic procedures including proper service and not pressuring the public to try to influence the presiding bench, causing delays in the cases and plantiff rebukes from the bench
(6) What is the importance of the cardinal rule of American jurisprudence that accusations and charges must be backed by credible evidence indicating possession of information capable of proving guilt beyond a reasonable doubt, to prevent them being dismissed for lack of credible evidence?

(1) They were handled by a rabble of amateur lawyers and lawyer wannabes, who could not identify the relevant issues, venues, and necessary evidence, and several of whom had already already been disciplined by their state bars, and couldn't even follow proper legal protocol and format,
(2) The principals behind the challenges are completely willing to give full belief into the wildest and most absurd charges without a moment of hesitation. Examples: (a) The ridiculous claim that Obama spent $1.7 million getting BC cases thrown out of court, when McCain spent $1.5 million total on all other matters excluding that one issue,
(b) The filing of an Internet forged Kenyan birth certificate in a court,
(c) The baseless allegations that unfavorable judge rulings for not following proper procedure, were politically motivated

The Constitution operates when the medium of exchange is Constitutional MONEY. When the medium of exchange is debt based, fiat currency or better said CREDIT or COMMERCIAL PAPER, then the law is no longer the law of the land based upon substance drawn from the land, it's Law of Commerce/Contracts which is Admiralty Law, or Law of the Sea.
