Take a look at the video youself and see what you think. The witnesses state on the video that the craft could not be seen - just the contrail it was leaving behind. They also said it was very "fast moving." The vehicle made six large circles over Fresno skies. Observed with a telescope, they still could not see the object. Jeffrey Gonzalez with the Sanger Para normal Society, who shot the video, said "The Military made a comment at noon saying they think it was a T-38a doing maneuvers across country. But did you catch that? They said 'we think.' Then I heard on the CBS local TV channel that the Military said it was a F-22." Gonzalez is also a California Mutual UFO Network State Section Director and said many people were calling in reports of a UFO after observing the object.

Fresno or the UFO?
The aliens were banned at Free Republic and are pissed. ;-D
Now that definitely looks like a plane judging by it's speed and trajectory. Thing is, it's unclear whether it's leaving a chemtrail or a regular contrail due to the inability to judge its altitude. The other jet in the video seems higher, yet it's not leaving a persistent trail, it's just a normal contrail and dissipates almost immediately.
If it was equipped with a transponder that wasn't switched off, there ought to be some altitude readings somewhere among our sky monitors. They should also know whether it squawked Friend or Foe or not or if that's what those rooster sounds were.

Yeah, but it likely wasn't moving faster than the speed of sound unless it had a really good muffler system. Otherwise, there would have been a very thunderous noise made by it at some point, is what I'm thinking.
