it's been forever since I've posted here... Not sure I'll recognize anyone... but I was looking to see if anyone ever found out what happened to my friend Lois Zipporah who used to be a co-mod here... Robin? anyone?

Robin started her own forum. She wanted me to join. I guess because sge thought I was anti-war that I would be pro-Obama. I am not that stupid. I wound up voting for Ralph Nader again. One of these days I hope to vote for a winning candidate who arrests one million criminals, cuts all ties to israel and seizes the Federal Reserve. Zipporah became ill and took time off. I have not seen her since. She was an interesting woman. I miss her too.

Lois decided not to post here anymore and she chose not to detail her reason(s) to me or publicly post an explanation for the decision. Speaking only for myself, she refused to answer my last phone calls and I can only speculate as to her reason(s) for that. I'm not at liberty to discuss personal matters that were shared in confidence, but I can say that she gave no clue until her sudden disappearance that she was unhappy with me, if that was in fact the message she intended to telegraph by denying me the warm and cozy hammock of her friendship. Lois just up and quit posting here. Everyone tried to locate her as her life had taken some unusual twists and turns. Her health wasn't good and her husband had died. I also think she made a physical move after her husband's death. Robin went "Ferret Mike" over Obubba and started her own forum for others that were like-minded (hahahaha ... I mean mental patients).

Zip posted as Aveline and then Uma Guerilla at the nest for awhile. afaik, she hasn't posted there either for months. she broke ties, without explanation, with me too. whatever.
She has the right to start her own nest. She wanted me to move in that direction with her, but I didn't. I disagree with many in here, I don't hate anyone in here however. As for Obama, I like the guy, but Dr. Paul would have made a better POTUS. And I supported him despite strong ideological differences with me as I judged him based on character and leadership ability first and foremost. I still find him a very compelling person. Someone we need more of in this country allot more then we need more Barack Obamas.

I met Zipp right before she quit posting here, but I don't think I'm the reason for her absence: Sept 2007 - Second Amendment Foundation Convention (feat/Ron Paul), asked her if she'd like to attend. She agreed, so I got a hotel room that weekend and tried to call her. Kept getting busy signal. Turns out the f*****g hotel I was staying at hadn't turned on my phone. I went to SAF dealie and then went back to hotel, complained about phone (sonsobitches demanded a credit card at check-in, told me it was for services like phone...) Anyway, I got in touch with Zipp later and apologised for standing her up and we went out for supper and she drove me back to my hotel and I thought it went pretty nicely. I'd forgotten to bring a comb, and had her stop at like six different stores, but I'm sure we were having fun, it was like a quest... Like I said earlier though, that was about the last I heard from her.

BTP (Jim) was from Missouri. he lived there with his elderly father. he was a fighter of the system, no DL, no SS#, etc. i wonder if he's been a political prisoner all this time.
Her mother died a week before she disappeared... Her husband had died some months before, but he was a drunk who abused her... She'd mentioned to me that she met someone from this board, and seemed happy that she was to meet with the person... I don't think that triggered her disappearance... It was the sudden loss of her mother... Lois is an only child and her father died long ago... Her family consisted of her Mom, her nasty husband, & her two boys... The boys were grown up and had homes of their own... Losing her mother simply devastated her...She & I talked for hours about it on the telephone, as I'd recently lost my own Mum... and she was supposed to ring me back within a week and expected to meet up with someone from cyberland, I think he was a Texan she said, but I never heard back from her... That was 2 years ago... I've always been afraid that something terrible might have happened to her son who was in Iraq that drove her over the edge?? So I am glad to hear that she did make an appearance somewhere else and that some of you saw her... If anyone sees her again, please tell her that I am still waiting for that follow up phone call... i had contact with her long after her mother and her husband passed away. neither of her sons were in Iraq and her youngest was still living at home with her when we last communicated. she was also still employed at the same company she had been with for 2 or 3 yrs. i know a little more, but don't feel at liberty to divulge. what i don't know is why she suddenly decided to break all communication with me and other friends.
I really hope not, even though I think to some extent we're all political prisoners. I had his e-mail and we corresponded fairly regularly until he abruptly disappeared. I think one of the last e-mails he sent me was one called Sparkling Wiggles ... a funny little video.

I guess all any of us can do is speculate. We are gluttons for punishment here at 4UM. The amount of bad news available is historically high these days and most here are fully aware of it all. Zipp may have had her fill of punishment. I find myself over loaded with the bad news-blues sometimes too. Having knowledge that everything we've been taught about ourselves and our country is a continuing lie that must be seriously addressed in the face of the most powerful police state on planet earth is depressing.

Gist of discussion: In January of 2007, shortly after her mother died, I sent her a message from a mutual "friend" who had wanted to offer condolences. What ensued was that we continued discussing her horribly unsettled feelings swirling about as a result of losing her mother, during which time she'd mentioned that, on top of everything else, now her son was "in the process of moving out of the apartment attached to her home, resulting in "boxes of stuff being in the way and all over the place" which was adding to the confusion & distress she was already experiencing. Then she went on to mention some fears that her other son would get shipped off to Iraq, thus making her entire life a series of unsettled questions that threatened to pull her apart in multiple directions**... **my interpretation of her actual remarks without revealing her actual remarks After that short exchange, rather than type so much stuff, we again took our discussion to the telephone, so I've got no record of any other things that I had thought were going on... However, I distinctly recall that I also got the impression that she was hoping to move to Texas** but I don't know why or how or when... ** I believe it was Texas but I could be mistaken, human memory capacity being how fickle & often unreliable that it usually is... I'm guessing (and hoping) that all of that changed in the time frame between my last communication with her and your last discussion with her...IOW, perhaps he canceled his plans and perhaps (I hope) the other son wasn't sent overseas....
