There seems to be a great deal of skepticism over the possibility that cracks in the well casing and rock formation surrounding the BP Gulf Oil spill could lead to oil leaking from cracks in the seafloor. However the chronology of the IXTOC blowout reveals that an underground blowout caused oil to leak from cracks in the seafloor. Some experts deny that there are even cracks in the rocks surrounding the leaking oil well even though MMS documents show that BP has reports a series of cracks in the well casing and surrounding rock formation as far back as February. Other experts contend that you can’t have cracks in the seafloor of the Gulf of Mexico because the entire seabed is a layer of silt that has the consistency of pudding. The facts are that there BP has reports cracks in the sea floor and well casing and that there have been a series of well control events or blowouts that have occurred during the drilling of of the Macondo oil well that is now leaking millions of gallons of oil every day into the Gulf of Mexico. The first report of cracks in the both rocks surrounding the well and in the well itself in February was only the first in a series of “well control events” or blowouts. Since the initial February blowout, according to the findings of an interim investigation released by congress there have been a total of 5 “well control events” or blowouts including the final blowout that led to the Deepwater Horizon rig explosion and collapse.

I am guessing this is a planted "limited hang-out". Reality is that people are slowly becoming aware that there are multiple cracks in the seafloor and the volume of oil and gas escaping is much greater than the Feral Government or Bee Pee want the public to know. So, we get a limited hang-out planted admitting that "well, er, huh, yes there are a few small 'seeps'". By doing it in steps they slowly accustom the public to the idea that the escapement is really big. Just historically we can see how the admissions have evolved over the last couple of months: First is was "only ten thousand gallons per day", and when that didn't fly it went to 210,000, and then a couple of weeks later we got the "it may be as much as 2 million gallons per day". Of course the independent reports had already been estimating the flow at, minimally, 2.9 million gallons per day with more recent estimates at slightly over 4 million gallons per day. This wrinkle now appears to be using the much smaller IXTOC blowout for comparison to help, again, condition the public to the reality we are facing and minimizing the level of the catastrophe implanting the reminder that the IXTOC leak was stopped with a minimum of damage. As for the sea floor structure, while it likely has a thick layer of sediments on the bottom, this is again sleight of hand as the rock structure under the sediments is what has been cracked and compromised. I guarantee that sediments are not going to hold up against a pressure estimated in the range of 20 to 70 THOUSAND PSI - much higher than the IXTOC blowout. At that level of pressure it is like the proverbial hot knife in the butter dish. So, the upshot is that we are being prepared for worse admissions, which were it made all at once, would have people immediately up in arms in great numbers. This way, by gradual admissions, they hope to preserve the generally apathetic outlook.

It states that nobody would be able to RETURN home until FEMA had cleared the contaminated properties (cars, boats, houses, structures, towns, etc.) and those areas had been DECONTAMINATED.

It won't be long before there is a lockdown along the majority of the Gulf Coast. That will be followed by forced evacuation. I think they are still working on the details though and so have not moved yet. Either that or they want to ensure that there is an adequate "kill" from the spill.

i was listening to Bill Deagle yesterday who had John Moore and Greg Evensen on as guests. John Moore claimed he had insider info that evacuations will begin in LA in the next week or two. Bill Deagle urged women and children who are located in states east of the oilcano to get out now because of what's coming.

Something that I think may tie in with this, if you assume it was either a planned event or one which the NWO/Illuminists/Banksters are taking advantage of, is the purchase of the full year's production of of Alpine (if memory serves) Freeze Dried Foods last year. I recall that it made a bit of a stir at the time. And they are doing it again now. There is an article on Whirled Net Daily about it Are feds stockpiling survival food?. So, the Feral Government has made sure that they have enough food so that THEY don't starve and neither will their thugs. My advice to everyone is stock up now. It may or may not be needed but if it is and you don't have it you'll regret it, if it isn't needed you just have extra groceries.
