I posted this for fun. The courts are rigged. Nothing short of a revolution will change that fact. The dollar will collapse very soon. Maybe we can get rid of the criminals peacefully by using RICO to indict them all.

The relationship between morality and liberty is a directly proportional one.

The underground economy is alive and well, and will never be eradicated.

No "earned" income, no taxes.

As you well know, there are many forms of income that simply cannot be avoided, and will be reported, irregardless of our wishes.

You know of which I speak.

You know of which I speak.

The working American masses have "earned" income, taxed to the hilt.

Therefore, there is no shyster lawyer that can con the government out of their share, it is a done deal for the rubes.

Therefore, rube has only one alternative, construct a foolproof system that cannot be found, traced or taxed. It takes ingenuity.

EXZACTLY ... actually it already has collapsed but they haven't let us in on it yet. They're going to ease it in our butt and tell us after we start screaming "hey, what the fuck" ??? "Whaaaaa, it hurts .... shut up slaves !!!

They PLAN and we tend to REACT ...

YOU only count when it's census or TAX time" ... don't you find it ironic that the census bureau says they rely upon the Constitution for their authority and pays their help in UNCONSTITUTIONAL FRNs ... bend over and lick the hand that beats you !

It takes ingenuity and a set of balls.

Look, they're coming for us but they still have to pretend we're free. Their takeover requires us to JOIN in their corruption of our own free will even if that participation is obtained by deceptive practices.

When I was in Thailand the people had an unspoken agreement with each other to IGNORE THE THAI GOVT and ITS OFFICIALS. We need to adopt the same strategy.

It's been a long time since I was in Thailand ... but the people there are still fighting those that claim authority.

True...

Here in the hills, I know the usual mode of operation for small business owners that must adapt to survive. There is no money for high priced tax accountants, it is a case of survival.

Case in point..

Here in Pa, the state tax people can come into your place of business, unannounced, you must provide them with your books and proper place for them to work while they "examine" your records.

They pick what month of the year they want, go over the records with a fine tooth comb, for that month they total all errors that has led to a tax loss for the state, from that they calculate the state "loss" for the year and levy a fine for the errors and tax lost. You have a choice, consent and pay the fine and taxes due, they approve your books for that year and go away, or, if you do not consent, they tear away the entire year and you lose big time.

The best kept records produce errors by owners and employees, so the small business owner has to resort to some method to thwart the tax man and ensure his own survival.

So work off the books. Do cash only type business.

Not perfect of course, you're still dealing in FRN's, but it's better than being treated as a slave (because, fact is, you are).

Better option, but one that would take work, would be to issue an alternate commodity based currency and trade it with others who wish to accept it in lieu of FRN's.

An entire economy could be set up (apart from the now present black market I mean) along these lines. But it takes convincing people that it's better to be free than a slave, which is a hard sell these days for some reason.

"The more artificial taboos and restrictions there are in the world, the more the people are impoverished.... The more that laws and regulations are given prominence, the more thieves and robbers there will be." - Lao Tzu, 6th century BC
