The INS officer should have said "I'll take these illegal mexicons off your hands" and the DPS officer should have said to the truck driver "Here's your license, hit the road!". That's the way that situation should have ended.

The cop/INS officer have NO way of verifying when/where the illegals crawled into his truck cab. If I were a cop, I would have just pulled the illegals out and sent the truck driver down the road with a warning to be more careful about who he picks up.

Was the truck driver an American citizen??
