The U.S. Economy Is A Dead Horse And The American People Are Starting To Get Really Pissed Off And Frustrated

The economic frustration of the American people is reaching a fever pitch. Millions of Americans can't seem to get a good job no matter what they do. Millions of others are working as hard as they can but find that they keep coming up short at the end of the month. Record numbers of Americans are still going bankrupt. Record numbers of Americans are still losing their homes. Meanwhile, the U.S. economy is a dead horse at this point. It just doesn't have any more to give. At this point the U.S. economy is like an aging rock star that requires larger and larger doses of drugs each night just to be able to perform. The U.S. economy is addicted to "drugs" such as debt and government stimulus, and years ago those things really supercharged the U.S. economic system, but at this point they aren't provoking much of a response at all. In fact, the things that once "stimulated" the economy are now slowly killing it. But the vast majority of the American people do not understand this. All they know is that the economy is broken and they want someone to "fix" it.

For most Americans, all we have ever known is tremendous prosperity. All our lives we have been taught that America is the richest and most prosperous nation on the planet, and that while there will always be times of "recession", things will always bounce back and be better than ever before.

But this time things aren't bouncing back.

And Americans are starting to become extremely frustrated.

A couple of quotes that appeared in a recent article in The New York Daily News really embodied the growing frustration that so many are feeling at this point....

"My husband and I are fortunate to be able to move in with my 81-year-old mother-in-law. But how sad is that? I apply for jobs and nothing happens," writes Gayle Hanson. "Who wants to hire a 59-year-old woman? My answer is nobody. [I] have years of experience, excellent references. And nothing to show for it."

"I am soon to be 57 and considered too old, too expensive, etc. I can't get an employer to hire me at any salary," writes Mike Stiller. "I am BOILING MAD."

But Gayle Hanson and Mike Stiller are far from alone.

Millions upon millions of Americans are "boiling mad" about the economy at this point.

The truth is that the United States has lost 10.5 million jobs since 2007. Many of those jobs have been shipped off to countries like China and India where labor is much cheaper and they are never coming back.

There just are not enough jobs for everyone in America at this point. The number of "chronically unemployed" has been rising at a frightening pace. In fact, the average duration of unemployment in the United States has risen to an all-time high.

If you have never been unemployed and unable to find a job, then you just don't know how soul crushing it can be. This is especially true when you have a family to support. (1 image)

There are also millions of Americans who milk up the unemployment benefits and don't look for work. And millions who sit on their lazy asses and colletct governemnt checks.

One of the main problems is many many Americans have become lazy.

And to prove it by God we are going to run to the polls in November and vote....Republican! That will show 'em damn it! Everything will be better then because we all know that the Republican Party had nothing at all to do with our economic problems. It's all the Democrats fault! /brain dead LP member

Americans cannot maintain our standard of living and compete with THIRD world near slave labor that exists by the BILLIONS.

Slap a tariff on everything imported, watch American capital flee the world human cesspools.

That includes OIL, then watch the drilling begin.

Instead Americans defend this country taking in millions of illegal aliens for cheap labor.

Voters do their patriotic duty and return the same people to office every year.

You really are somethin!

I worked for a company that went bankrupt over 2 years ago. When I got laid off and drew $147,00 a week uneemployment for 26 weeks. When I went on an extension, I had to do two job searches a week and drove over 800 miles putting in applications for jobs that don't exist. That is probably why people don't go looking for a job because they don't exist. Since 2007 the US lost over 10 million jobs because the companies that started here now have moved the jobs overseas using taxpayer dollars with all the corporate welfare. So tell me and all of us where all those jobs are that people won't look for them and just sit on their lazy asses as you put it. As I said, you really are something.

You got that jewish thinking down pat. By the way, have you killed any Palestinian women and children today?

There are plenty of jobs in the non-contractor help wanted section of most job search engines. Real paying jobs. The best jobs in the world? No, probably not, but jobs, honest work. Guess people need to notch down their pride a little and stop holding out for management and apply.

You people slay me! There may be jobs in certain areas of the country, but I guess many people can just pack up and leave their home for a minimum wage paying job. Sounds like forced slavery to me! Get real. You sound like the ones who got us into this mess and the very ones who exported the 10 million plus jobs the last 3 years.

Just incredible your mind thinks so small. And don't tell me people are selling their homes like they are going outta style. That's the kike mentality, that's the way they think while they continue to rob the poor and middle class. There are 7 houses for sale within sight of my front door and some of them have been for sale for going on 3 years.

The banks are willing to give mortgages to those who can't afford to buy so that they can foreclose down the road.

I'd like to leave you with this to think about. If the rich don't take better care of the poor and middle class, the poor and middle class will eventually take care of the rich. And you can take that to the bank!

Thank You Cyni for real common sense answers to what the people are faced with in the U.S. The ones clamouring about all the jobs and those on welfare and unemployment must have been born with a silver spoon in their mouths. Like the politicans, they haven't a clue.

The reasons there are hardly any tariffs is because the corporations have bribed the pols and that is the same reason we are overrun with all the illegals. They allowed them to come to apease the corporations need for cheap labor. Now that the jobs have been exported overseas for even cheaper labor, we are now buedened with about 20 million illegals that will take what they need and want and resort to cutting throats and shootings. Crime will be going going through the roof and the angry masses will remove those silver spoons.

Those that are living high on the hog, the wealthier Americans probably haven't realized, the will be the targets of the masses when the final bubble bursts. I don't pity the rich because they have made things the way they are. If I had money and a great big house, I would seriously be looking for a little shack to save my hide when the time comes and that could be any day now.

Too many people here were not around when labor was shot and killed for wanting a decent wage for their labor. They have what they have BECAUSE labor paid the price in sweat and blood years ago.

Amen! A lot of those who think people are inherently lazy are the ones who believe in slave wages and downright slavery. The rich can have all the money they want as far as I'm concerned because most of it is blood money anyway. Did you ever notice how the rich give money away when nearing their destiny with the Grim Reaper? Apparently they believe God will forgive their transgressions against their fellow man. Some of them even go so far as to want their name plastered on a ice rink, swimming pool, ball field, etc hoping the sheeple will remember them for their gift of giving instead of the greedy tyrants they really were.

I have said it before and I'll say it again. America became great and prosperous when labor unions were strong, not the compromised entities they have become. All the good things in the workplace came about because of unions, not in spite of them. Many of them caved in and screwed their membership as long as the union heirarchy was financially well paid (bribed). Some of those union big wigs are as bad as the bought and paid for politicans.

Those that don't understand or don't want to understand that their labor is all that they have to earn a living, are either brain dead or the businessmen that think exploiting workers is not only profitable, but morally ok. I see them as greedy trash. Why God lets them prosper when they treat their workers the way they do is a mystery to me.

The best thing about being a worker, particularly today, means we don't have that much to lose. Ya can't lose much when you never had much even if you lose it all.

Here are some suggestions.

Mcdonalds Wendys Burger King Taco Bell pick up dog shit for people paint someones house install some ceramic tile for someone Clean someones gutters out mow someones lawn Get some wood and make stuff to sell.

Your problem is you are more worried about the Jews then getting a job.

Lech Walesa ...

Too many people have forgotten that it was a labor leader that kicked in the door to European Communism. It was he that started communism on its downward spiral.

Walesa put his own life on the line from day one, and from there it was the beginning of the end for communism in Western Europe. It was NOT some business man, not a man of wealth that started the fall, it was a simple shop electrician.

He became Premier for a short time, retired and left political life, something that the elite never do, they have a death grip on power and never let go. IE Kennedy and Byrd.

You are right about Lech Walesa. Many have forgotten and many were angry with his success.

.Those in favor of one world government were set back for about 4 decades in establishing dominance over western Europe and the rest of the world because he woke the people up and led the labor movement against tyranny in the workplace. Those one world order advocates love some form of socialism,Nazism, or communism. It makes it easier to control or eliminate the masses. Funny to the point of being hilairous, how the jews lay so much blame on Hitler and what they claim happened to them in Nazi Germany, and they are doing the very same thing to the neighboring peoples in the Middle East.

Your a nut, a loser without a job. Get off the internet and go to work.

I don't need a job. I'm a retired letter carrier drawing a big fat pension and also social security. I worked as a machinist for 9 years after retiring from the post office and had a 401k there also. I received a lump sum pension fro Talon Zipper before it went tits up when it moved to Mexico. Those unemployment checks were icing on the financial cake.

I presently work 10 hours a week at a local car dealership, 2 hours a day mon-fri making $10.00 an hour. I work this job just because it makes me get out of bed and gives me something to do. My wife of 421/2 years retired from K-mart after 30 years, gets a pension and a 401k, plus social security. We don't have time nor a real need for a full time job. I'm concerned about those who are raising a family and can't find work that pays a living wage. You jews and jew lovers don't give to spits for those people and someday thay will come back to bite you in your jew loving ass.

Now answer my question. Have you killed any Palestinian women and children today?

I'm concerned about those who are raising a family and can't find work that pays a living wage.

Me too.

What I said earlier though. There are many millions who are lazy and would rather sit around and collect govt benefits. I know such people who have worked for me. They are to lazy to get up on their own. I have to call them to get their ass out of bed. Then sometimes they are not ready. Then somedays they just don't show up and expect to work the next time they want to.

One guy named Tim would rather sell drugs and collect food stamps then work. I canned his sorry ass.

It is ultimately the individuals responsibility to find a means of supporting themselves and family. Many think some corporation owes them a job. They don't It is their responsibility.

I work hard and find my own work. I don't need no one else to support me.

I design flyers and pass them out by the tens of thousands.

I do work like drywall, ceramic tile, cleaning gutters, installing gutters, painting, custom woodworking, tuck pointing, brick, lawn work, mulching, cleaning up stuff, wood floors shingle roofing, rubber roofing, metal roofs. Pretty much any task a homeowner and many businesses need except carpet. I never wanted to bust my knees out.

There is work out there if you are willing to hustle and work hard.

You are right. There is work out there but much of it pays very little or an unlivable wage. When that is the case, it is the same as being enslaved. That $10.00 I make at the car dealership is really only worth about or less than $2.00. due to inflation.

I don't blame the young folks that don't want to work these low paying jobs. Their shot at the American Dream is virtually gone. Many of us older working and retired folks who acheived the American Dream are now losing their homes and many have seen their pensions and retirement disappear with the help of magicians like Bernie Madoff. When you are retirement age you don't have the time nor the physical stamnia to replace thos retirement dollars. You are screwed just like the younger folks. Whatever happened to an honest days work for an honest days pay? The businesses, especially the small businesses want the honest days work but don't like to pay that honest days pay.

I guess with all the jobs you claim are out there, many people should take on working full time partime and work 3 or 4 jobs and work 14-16 hours a day 6 or 7 days a week. Then they might be able to feed their family and meet their financial obligations. The hell with having time to spend with your family or simply just rest.

The whole economy has been turned on its head and literally destroyed for everybody except for the rich and powerful. Than has been done by design. It is past time for the people to take back the economy by getting rid of the traitorist politicans and the dually citizenshipsters and send their asses back whenst they came.
