On the heels of Eric Holder's dismissal of charges against the New Black Panther Party (NBPP) for harassment at a Philadelphia polling location, video resurfaced of the actions of the NBPP. Just out of curiosity, I went to the website of the NBPP to view their platform. In a nutshell, the NBPP wants the same thing as progressives, liberals and Democrats want, power.
The group's platform for black people lies in 10 items which have been paraphrased for brevity:
Freedom to determine their destiny & they have a belief in the Bible, Koran & other texts.
Full employment & wealth, power & arms in the hands of the people.
No taxes & reparations
Decent housing, free healthcare
Education
Exemption from military service
Black People's militia
Release of all blacks from international, national and local jails
Fair trials in courts
Ending of the death penalty
At the core of each platform, is victimization. Of course, without a perpetual victim and a perpetual oppressor, organizations such as the New Black Panther Party would quickly diminish.
The refusal of the Justice Department to prosecute for voter harassment merely furthers the divisiveness which allows organizations such as the NBPP to exist.
They want cash payments from the FBI. Please note that government snitches fo nit have to be reported on those bothersome new 1099 IRS cash reporting forms.
I've been toying with the idea of free education and am starting to like it more and more. I propose that an Ivy League education is in fact a right for African Americans, and therefor shall be granted on-demand. Free tuition, room and board, the works, none of that racist admissions testing, and why limit it to the young?
Imagine the possibilities, millions of new pro-bono enrollments at our nations very centers of the social change they endorse. Who's with me on this?
