And yet, their national govt is essentially a flag and a phone number that cannot use millions of its own laborers; workers that would starve if not for European American ingenuity. And, (all assertions to the contrary notwithstanding) Mexico's leaders did not opt for a simpler, Earthy existence for their people. (As in Africa and other places) the inability to carve a modern industrial society from a wilderness is a matter of genetic predisposition.
The aforementioned tribesman knows only that The Great Pyramid is a source of shade. He may even be grateful that some unknown "invented it". Pardon the expression, but horseshit. Ethiopia was civilized and building cities when Europeans were wearing furs and scratching flea bites. The Queen of Sheba was as black as the Ace of Spades. Take a look at the structure known as "Great Zimbabwe" and tell me it was built by "the genetically deficient". Skin color IS a genetic trait, however no link between genetics and intelligence has ever been proven. Yes, there are cultural pre-dispositions - Europe was much more outward looking, and disposed to adopting technology that had languished in other cultures. The Chinese had gunpowder a thousand years before it was taken up by Europeans and used to fashion implements of war. India had cities the size of Manhattan at a time before recorded history as we now know it.
Culture, not race, is the factor which distinguishes one group from another. Africa reached a zenith and for whatever reason succumbed to decay and degeneration back into a barbaric state. Europe rose from a foundation built in Rome, China, and North Africa.
