Gurkha soldier has been flown back to the UK after hacking the head off a dead Taliban commander with his ceremonial knife to prove the dead man’s identity. ... This is considered a gross insult to the Muslims

Give the guy a medal, better yet a medal and a promotion, and a raise in pay and a party and everything else they can think of.

Might I suggest radiation, chemotheropy and operations. lots of chemo, the more the better.

The Rev. Bob is on my "list" of matters to conclude in the event that society collapses and judicial restraint is somewhat otherwise occupied...along with Mad Dog, yuktard, liberator, and maybe Mudbot.

Can't you tell by reading his enlightened posts that the Rev. Bob is an ordained minister? He is bringing his flock to Jesus! Praise the Lord!

He's not worth your time or effort my friend. He is someone to be laughed at and scorned and that's about it.

sounds like Christianity went over his head.

Re: " Reverend " Bob Celeste:

His website: http://www.christianpatriot.com/ These guys have inordinate influence over their flock, and therein lies the crime they commit when they stray so badly from the divine. Lots of folks think that it's ok to decapitate someone if Reverend Bob says so. Dr. D.James Kennedy told his flock that Saddam Hussein was throwing his enemies into a huge shredder - and never enlightened his flock when his comment turned out to be Government Propaganda - that is, a lie........ That comment from Reverend Celeste shows him to be not Reverend and not a Christian; he's a puke, at best.

insult to the Muslims

An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth, (a beheading for a beheading, and an insult for an insult). Bob's on the money with scripture. There's nothing in my Bible about not offending muzslimes.

First of all, you are obviously ignorant of your own scripture because your Bible most definitely does talk about how to treat your fellow man, Muslim or not. Try reading Luke 10:25-37, Luke 6:36, Matthew 21:41-46, 2 Corinthians 6:3, 1 Corinthians 10:32, and of course there are many more verses.

Second of all, the issue has nothing at all to do with offending or not offending Muslims and everything to do with acting like a man of the cloth, which he claims to be instead of some run-of-the-mill blood dancer who enjoys the death and destruction of others.

Your Bible says Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles (Matthew 7:16)? Bob Celeste gathers thorns and thistles, not grapes and figs, as his post hoping for excruciating pain for his fellow neocon Christopher Hutchens shows. What kind of preacher publicly makes a statement like that concerning a person dying of cancer? One filled with thorns and thistles that's who.

From a strictly atheistic point of view, I hope Bob dies slowly of full-body metastisizing rectal cancer in a part of the world where morphine is unknown, maintaining full awareness and agony to the point of death, only to find out that god is a practical joker who has sentenced him to an eternity of being assraped by a murdered abortion clinic doctor.

My first pass through that post had his hell being a recurrent scene where his daughter tells him 1) she has discarded his religion and abandoned her faith, 2) gotten pregnant, and 3) had an abortion.

When he falls apart and screams "WHO'S THE FATHER?", she says "you are, daddy!"

Rewind, repeat, alllll eternity.

I really should stop reading Stephen King *before* I reply to posts about BobCeleste.
