I consider it as the chief source of stability to our political system, whereas the consolidation of the states into one vast republic, sure to be aggressive abroad and despotic at home, will be the certain precursor of that ruin which has overwhelmed all those that have preceded it."

He sure should have seen the munny grubbers for what they were. Lincoln bought and paid for the same defective rifles three times. Then as now corporate swindlers had no fear of prison no matter how blatant their crimes. And, Lincoln was frustrated because he couldn't bring the profiteers to justice without publicly exposing them and energizing the same people who were praying for his ruination. (the charge of incompetent leadership was hardly preferable to accusations of malignant intent)

Lee never disappoints. I am 100% against human slavery. That said, Lee had the correct view, 100% of the time. I feel a strong intellectual and moral kinship with the man. How strange to be fighting to preserve the actual constitutional intent, while battling the faux republic that it spawned. Of all of the people in history that seem "odd", Lee, I get fully.

Part of the additional writing states that as the war progressed, Lincoln became more and more convinced that the course he had taken was not correct or wise. It is difficult to say just the right word as to how he felt. Of course he could not speak of that publicly. Remember the non president Lincoln in 1848 was the one that said man had the right anytime to throw off their government when they felt aggrieved. That was the real Lincoln.
That's why it's wrong for we who do consent to Constitutional government (with the proviso that improperly ratified Amendments and such, like the 16th, are discarded) to ever be shackled to those disrupters who do not consent and are intent on making it nigh onto impossible for us to get anything accomplished around here in accordance with it. They should not be forced into slavery to our system. They should be booted from it ASAP.

And now, mostly because of that bastard and the criminals that supported him, the seeds were sown for another ethnic civil war. The greedy kike slave traders and the greedy whites that enabled them didn't help matters any either. That our FF didn't outlaw slavery in the first place, and send them back to their countries of origin really screwed things up beyond any repair. There's plenty of blame to go around. ON the other hand, Lincoln offered command of the Union Army to Robert E. Lee, Lee broke his own oath and took command of the Southern Army. Both men regardless of faults, DID SEE WHAT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN IN THE DISTANT FUTURE. Both were correct as we can attest to.

What are we supposed to do, give them some kind of "litmus test" and if they "pass", then help them? Cause I sure as hell don't want to help those that put us into this mess. So what standards can we use without violating our own beliefs? I'm getting a headache just thinking about this. .
