First Lincoln near end of the Civil War...

" As a result of the war, corporations have been enthroned and an era of corruption in high places will follow, and the money power of the country will endeavor to prolong its reign by working upon the prejudices of the people until wealth is aggregated into the hands of a few and the Republic is destroyed. I feel at this moment more anxiety for the safety of my country than ever before, even in the midst of the war.[5]

Other key individuals also recognized the real effect of the American Civil War. One of these was the great historian of liberty, Lord Acton, who wrote to a prominent American, Robert E. Lee, immediately after the war and stated:

Lee's Vision

With a careful analysis of the results of the Civil War, General Lee replied to Lord Acton in his letter dated December 15, 1866:

I can only say that while I have considered the preservation of the constitutional power of the General Government to be the foundation of our peace and safety at home and abroad, I yet believe that the maintenance of the rights and authority reserved to the states and to the people, not only essential to the adjustment and balance of the general system, but the safeguard to the continuance of a free government. I consider it as the chief source of stability to our political system, whereas the consolidation of the states into one vast republic, sure to be aggressive abroad and despotic at home, will be the certain precursor of that ruin which has overwhelmed all those that have preceded it."

From day one, we were warned that in all likely-hood this experiment in governance would be doomed to failure, despotism, and extinction.

Abe had that right, and as the war progressed he came to realize that the war should never have occurred. He saw the money grubbers for what they were. War was okay as long as they made money.

Lee was looking long into the future with this...

"whereas the consolidation of the states into one vast republic, sure to be aggressive abroad and despotic at home"

We have exactly what Lee predicted.

He sure should have seen the munny grubbers for what they were. Lincoln bought and paid for the same defective rifles three times.

Then as now corporate swindlers had no fear of prison no matter how blatant their crimes.

And, Lincoln was frustrated because he couldn't bring the profiteers to justice without publicly exposing them and energizing the same people who were praying for his ruination. (the charge of incompetent leadership was hardly preferable to accusations of malignant intent)

That SOB, Lincoln, was the founder of modern American tyranny and I curse his name even now because he abandoned the right of the states to peacefully secede.

The Mythical Lincoln

"Moreover, Lincoln destroyed the most important principle of the Declaration – the principle that governments derive their just powers from the consent of the governed. Southerners no longer consented to being governed by Washington, D.C. in 1860, and Lincoln put an end to that idea by having his armies slaughter 300,000 of them, including one out of every four white males between 20 and 40. Standardizing for today’s population, that would be the equivalent of around 3 million American deaths, or roughly 60 times the number of Americans who died in Vietnam."

As H.L. Mencken said of the Gettysburg Address, in which Lincoln absurdly claimed that Northern soldiers were fighting for the cause of self determination ("that government of the people . . . should not perish . . .": "It is difficult to imagine anything more untrue. The Union soldiers in the battle actually fought against self determination; it was the Confederates who fought for the right of their people to govern themselves. The Confederates went into the battle free; they came out with their freedom subject to the supervision of the rest of the country."

The relationship between morality and liberty is a directly proportional one.

Lee never disappoints.

I am 100% against human slavery. That said, Lee had the correct view, 100% of the time. I feel a strong intellectual and moral kinship with the man. How strange to be fighting to preserve the actual constitutional intent, while battling the faux republic that it spawned. Of all of the people in history that seem "odd", Lee, I get fully.

"The more artificial taboos and restrictions there are in the world, the more the people are impoverished.... The more that laws and regulations are given prominence, the more thieves and robbers there will be." - Lao Tzu, 6th century BC

The statement seems to be made as if he had no hand in deciding things.

Part of the additional writing states that as the war progressed, Lincoln became more and more convinced that the course he had taken was not correct or wise. It is difficult to say just the right word as to how he felt. Of course he could not speak of that publicly.

Remember the non president Lincoln in 1848 was the one that said man had the right anytime to throw off their government when they felt aggrieved. That was the real Lincoln.

the most important principle of the Declaration – the principle that governments derive their just powers from the consent of the governed.

That's why it's wrong for we who do consent to Constitutional government (with the proviso that improperly ratified Amendments and such, like the 16th, are discarded) to ever be shackled to those disrupters who do not consent and are intent on making it nigh onto impossible for us to get anything accomplished around here in accordance with it. They should not be forced into slavery to our system. They should be booted from it ASAP.

" As a result of the war, corporations have been enthroned

He is the one that enthroned them when he " destroyed the most important principle of the Declaration – the principle that governments derive their just powers from the consent of the governed."

And now, mostly because of that bastard and the criminals that supported him, the seeds were sown for another ethnic civil war.

The greedy kike slave traders and the greedy whites that enabled them didn't help matters any either.

That our FF didn't outlaw slavery in the first place, and send them back to their countries of origin really screwed things up beyond any repair.

There's plenty of blame to go around. That's because they had to know what they were doing was wrong and they did it anyway.

That's because they had to know what they were doing was wrong and they did it anyway.

That is exactly what Lincoln was saying.

Too late for his admission and realization, BUT HE DID SAY IT.

ON the other hand, Lincoln offered command of the Union Army to Robert E. Lee, Lee broke his own oath and took command of the Southern Army.

Both men regardless of faults, DID SEE WHAT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN IN THE DISTANT FUTURE. Both were correct as we can attest to.

Yep. And we're we're going to pay the price. Heck, we're paying it right now.

If people would only leave others alone, we wouldn't be in this mess.

After we win, and we will win, human nature demands we start the whole damn process all over again, because people will not leave others alone. Someone is always trying to rule over other people.

Other than being a separatist and a "leave me the hell alone" anarchist, I don't know what the answer is, because I cant force others to follow that "philosophy" without violating my own beliefs.

The only thing I am sure of is that this planet and most of the people in it, suck. Sometimes I don't even know if they're worth fighting for. What are we supposed to do, give them some kind of "litmus test" and if they "pass", then help them? Cause I sure as hell don't want to help those that put us into this mess. So what standards can we use without violating our own beliefs?

I'm getting a headache just thinking about this.

After the coming civil war you will have the same cowardly kikenvermin crawl out of the woodworks and they will mouth the same platitudes concerning "healing" and "principled compromising in these troubled times". It'll just about take a cleansing of the Chosenite's from the continent in order for us to have a chance of getting an honest, clean start again.

The kikes, and their apefreakin-murkan and illegal alien foot soldiers, and the white idiot/race traitors need to go. There will be no peace while they are still free to fuck up the country all over again. They haven't contributed one goddam thing except the destruction of everything they touch, especially the niggers.

And never have another centralized federal government again.

And have an ironclad Constitution, the violation of which will result in the violators being hung in the public square until they are dead.

We need to keep the psychopaths from ever getting power again. We need a system to keep them out, because they use the current system to worm their way in.
