I'm only on the second video but I've heard tell that the pyramids would make for a practical docking place for spaceships -- like iPod docking thingamajigs only more triangular. Just a thought but an interesting one, I thought.

The narrator is making a falty assumption -- that just because the gene for RH negative blood isn't found in any other life form, that it must have extraterrestrial origins. Genetics is hardly understood at this point, and it's entirely possible there is some yet unknown biological mechanism for the creation of the gene that is not yet understood.
