I just ordered some. 900 rounds of Federal XM193 came out to $290 with shipping or about $.32 a round. Been a long time since I paid that little. Comes 30 rounds to a box, just like that south african stuff used to come. 223 CAL Federal XM193AF 223REM 55gr FMJ BOATTAIL 30 Rds on Strippers 900 rds

I'm bloated. Always wondered how that super fired up .22 cart. with the very high velocity worked out in gun world. Any one know? To me it seemed like a good idea, for varmits that most folks encounter. I have been killing rabbits in the garden with a cheap .177 pump pellet gun.

Got my 900 round case of Federal XM193AF today. Now it is officially a great deal. Quick shipping, great price, and it comes three 10 round stripper clips to a box. They also include 3 magazine adapters in the case for the stripper clips. It took me under a minute to load three mags without practicing. I can now forget about the good old days of 300 round south african battle packs. This is a better buy.

You've shot a lot more than I have, but I have shot a lot of it. I used to buy cases of the south african battle packs and shot it all up but 2 packs. Then when I went to resupply, it was all gone. I could not believe it. I have been catching good deals here and there, but this one is the best I have seen in quite a few years. They also have loose 1000 round cases for $300 plus shipping. But I like the strippers. I'm going to order more now that I know it is legit.

C, I wasn't trying to 'out-Johnson' you; I'm just saying that my Grandpa and Dad put me onto shooting and I gravitated towards long range shooting (practicing with prairie dog reduction projects) with my Remington .223. I probably fired another 200K rounds of swift, 6mm and LR .22s. Man, I miss my Pops and Grandpops when I think about it.
