In a post to SOL yesterday (with a ping to Shoonra), I said: He's so in love with the government and (apparently) Obama that he still believes Obama was born in Hawaii despite four videos posted to him on the same thread about that. In those four videos you have three people who should know saying that he was born in Kenya--his wife, his grandmother and the Kenyan ambassador. And in another one Bill Richardson, talking in Spanish to what was probably a crowd of illegal aliens from Mexico, described Obama as an "immigrant." How much more proof do people need? So how about it, Shoonra? Do you want to be forever known as someone who can't see past his ideology and accept the truth about someone who has "the right letter" after his name? For those who may have missed it, here are the four videos I mentioned and which I posted to Shoonra before, all on the same thread in the same post. . . . . . .

Yes, it's racist and defamatory. The President was born in wedlock and you have no evidence of his mother being a Communist nor taking money for sex.
His mother may or may not have been a whore but it is certain that Obama is a communist and a fraud and you are one of his sycophants.

Extremely racist. Outside the Deep South there were many interracial marriages. S. Ann Dunham married Barack Obama [Sr.] on Feb. 2, 1961. The President was born 6 months later. The President's mother was no slacker. She earned a Ph.D. in anthropology. So the statement is false about bastard, Communist, and whore. So what's left? "Miscegenated"? He never pretended otherwise. BTW, there have been, in the last 3 years, about a dozen court cases, most in federal courts and a few in state courts, challenging Obama's citizenship in some way. They have ALL failed. ALL of them. Without exception. Even if the judge was appointed by Republicans.

Michelle Obama said it once. She never said he was born in Kenya. She undoubtedly meant it was the home of his ancestors. I know of a lot of people born in the US who talk about their "homeland" of Ireland or someplace. In any case, Michelle was not a witness to his birth, so her statement has little or no evidentiary weight. I personally contacted the Hawaii Dept of Health. The so-called "short form" that Obama posted in 2008 is the ONLY replacement birth certificate being made available to anyone born in Hawaii. Obama himself could not get a more detailed form of his b/c without suing the Dept of Health in court. Under Hawaii law, that one form that Obama made public is legally as satisfactory as evidence as the original 1961 doctor's report of the birth. Now those bogus Kenyans birth certificates: Obviously someone other than Obama was able to get them, so how come Orly Taitz had to use someone's amateurish photographs of the documents instead of getting a birth certificate for Obama herself? Simple answer: Those pretended Kenya documents are fake (they've been shown to be a different format from real Kenya birth certificates) and therefore the Kenya Ministry of Health isn't going to issue them. Anyone who wants to call Ann Dunham Obama a Communist or a whore is cordially invited, by me, to do so right in the President's face. A bloody nose would probably be a valuable learning experience.
I simply look at it from the circumstantial pattern. It is not just the Birth Certificate that has been suppressed, but every major record from College Admissions, to Financial Aid, housing etc., .... And then there are the allegations that he has had multiple SSNs. People don't move to suppress records that prove their innocence. Further, while admittedly inconclusive, there are also the allegations that the COLB that was posted on line was itself a Photoshop job. So, there is plenty of smoke. Large clouds of it even.
More evidence, Obama is a conman.

Having dropped the attacks on Obama's mama, the focus is now on a bundle of documents covered (in EVERYBODY's case) by privacy laws enacted in the last half-century. Perhaps someone will show me the law that says that Obama MUST make public all his school and college records. Perhaps that someone will explain why that same law didn't apply to dimbulbs like Dubya and Palin.

Fact check? You use them for a source? I bet you think Snopes is reliable too, right? LOL! And no, I am not desperate but your hero is a Kenyan. His granny said he was/is, Manchelle says he is, the Kenyan ambassador says he is and Bill Richardson, while not specifying which country, said he was an "immigrant." And the FACT that he has spent SO MUCH MONEY TO KEEP HIS REAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE HIDDEN PLUS ALL HIS SCHOOL RECORDS--PRETTY MUCH EVERYTHING ABOUT HIM--PROVES THE CASE OF THOSE WHO THINK HE IS A FRAUD.
I never "attacked" his mama. The issue is not his mama but him and where he was born. And there is substantial evidence, enough to convince anyone with any integrity and honesty that he was indeed born in Kenya. And you seem to have no honesty or integrity. That is sad for you.
For one there are no questions about the legitimacy of Duhbya nor "the Tits that Walk". Further, they have not moved to bury, sequester, suppress, and hide any and every major record that would shed light. Again, innocent people seek to present the records that prove their innocence, the guilty seek to hide the records that prove their guilt. Despite your attempts to confuse the issues this is not rocket science - either he is legitimate, a natural born citizen as defined in the Constitution and Statute, or he is not. It is not a matter of being "a little bit pregnant" or "kinda' dead". Either he is or is not. I found the statements by the State of Hawaii to be most illuminating in that not once did they say they have a birth certificate on file for him they instead substituted the term "vital records" thus avoiding the possibility of later being charged as making a false representation in an official capacity. I am sure they do have "vital records" on Barack Barry Soetoro-Obama, but do they have an original Birth Certificate? A COLB is not a substitute for an original Birth Certificate issued by the State of Hawaii anywhere except Hawaii. And then there is the matter of his mysterious transfer to Columbia and the interesting datum that he shows up in no yearbooks, belonged to no student groups involving his major, in fact absolutely nothing to indicate he was there except a public comment by a known CIA connected individual who claims to have known him during that period. So, you have "1" witness of suspect authenticity to attest to his actually attending Columbia. I find that most interesting. So, as I said before, there are large clouds of smoke. Methinks, that given his desire not to spend the rest of his natural life in prison he will not run for a second term as there WILL be challenges to his candidacy in all 50 States, and he will not produce the records that prove his guilt.
