Half way down the page there's a closeup of a license plate. Can anyone read what Mexican state it says?

So what happened here? Looks like a good place for an ambush. I'll guess that it was a convoy hauling dope. The rival gang was tipped off on the route they'd take and the approx time they'd get there. The X"s on the car's windows are for identifying each other in the dark. What's that litter on the road behind the blue Jeep?
