Mexican national charged with raping teenaged girl in North Carolina

On Saturday, police in Apex, North Carolina arrested Manuel Lopez Arroyo, 25, and charged him with four counts of the first-degree statutory rape of a 14-year-old girl.

According to the police report, Arroyo committed the first rape on June 5, with two more occurring between July 3-4, and another on July 18.

Arroyo is currently being held in the Wake County Jail. Immigration and Customs Enforcement is also investigating the case. (1 image)
