On Saturday, police in Apex, North Carolina arrested Manuel Lopez Arroyo, 25, and charged him with four counts of the first-degree statutory rape of a 14-year-old girl. According to the police report, Arroyo committed the first rape on June 5, with two more occurring between July 3-4, and another on July 18. Arroyo is currently being held in the Wake County Jail. Justice for the illegal, what for the girl??? Nothing, get over it, live with it, move on. Castrate the man, dont imprison him.
