I just want to post this video as a reference. Seems the coinage year 2009 is totally missing for some coins at the Treasury mint "business for profit?" because they didn't make here or import some part and 2010 might go missing too:

looks like Ron Paul was insinuating that the vendors don't trust the government so they're not doing business with the U.S. Mint.
