I learned yesterday that Cyni suffered a heart attack last Wednesday. He was hospitalized and is now home recuperating.

Update on Phant: She returned home early last week after a bout with septicemia and after having spent several weeks in the hospital and then a rehab facility.

I miss them and pray for a full recovery for both.

Cyni's family should know that when he's released and ready to come home the house should be as scent-free as possible. Air fresheners and Lysol should be avoided and tobacco and other strong smells should be removed before he arrives.

He'll be sensitive to smells like never before so all precautions (including a good airing out of the place weather permitting) should be taken.
