are you asking if leroy is the person in either the video or the article out of Arizona? the answer to both are of course no, I'm just saying just because the county sheriff is the highest elected law enforcement doesn't mean they have the persons in their county at the top of their list of priorities. in fact how many sheriffs are there through out the various states of the united States of America and there are just these two who take their oath of office to heart? I for one know the sheriff of the county in which I domicile is a POC who would help the feds march over those living in this county.
