Last week, police in Lake Placid, New York arrested Pedro Valladares Martinez, 27, and charged him with lewd and lascivious on a 13-year-old girl. Martinez had sex with the girl on multiple occasions, and the girl is now pregnant. Police began their investigation of Martinez after Highlands County Courthouse employees reported that the girl’s family was attempting to obtain a marriage license for her and Martinez. Lake Placid police released the following statement: “Interviews with the suspect and the victim found that sex occurred more than once at the victim's residence in Lake Placid, and resulted in the victim becoming pregnant.” Martinez is currently being held in the Highland County Jail. It seems that there has been an explosion of these types of cases in recent years, and it coincides with the explosion of illegal immigration, mostly from Mexico, currently flooding this country. The most troubling and telling reason behind the growing epidemic of child molestation at the hands of Mexican illegal aliens, is the fact the age of sexual consent throughout the majority of Mexico is 12 years of age. Article 177 of the Mexican Federal District Penal Code discusses "sexual abuse" and punishment of other acts referred to as "unintentional" acts –"who without purpose of reaching copulation, performs a sexual act with a person under 12 or a person that has no capacity of understanding the meaning of the act or that for any reason cannot resist it, or that demands that such act is observed or performed, will be punished with 2 to 7 years in prison". In addition to Mexico City, the age of consent is 12 years old in the following Mexican states: -Aquascalientes -Baja California Sur -Campeche -Coahuila -Guanajuato -Guerrero -Hidalgo -Jalisco -Michoacan -Morelos -Nayarit -Oaxaca -Puebla -San Louis Potosi -Sonora -Tabasco -Tamaulipas -Yucatan -Zacatecas The age of consent is 13 years old in Nuevo Leon and 14 years old in the seven remaining Mexican states. The attitude towards having sex with little girls is carried with many Mexican men as they cross into this country. An example of this attitude can be found in Mexican national Diego Lopez-Mendez, who pled guilty in 2006 to sexually assaulting a 10 year old West Virginia girl. Through an interpreter, he told the court: “In the pueblo where I grew up girls are usually married by 13 years old….I was unaware of the nature of the offense or that it was a bad crime.” In order to bring charges of rape in most Mexican states, the law requires that the girl prove that she is a virgin, and that the charge of statutory rape be dropped if the rapist wishes to marry his victim. Of course, when discussing the issue of illegal immigration, this dirty little secret is never talked about by our politicians, nor is the impact that such an attitude towards the abuse of children could have on this nation by offering amnesty to millions of Mexican nationals. Until our politicians gain the courage to actually defend our border…Keep your children close!

I believe this is called "rapto" and in it, basically, if a man kidnaps and rapes a woman then she has to marr him. It reminds me of that disgusting film Borat in which Borat tries to stuff Pamela Anderson into a bride sack and kidnap her so she'll have to marry him.
