Last week, police in Lake Placid, New York arrested Pedro Valladares Martinez, 27, and charged him with lewd and lascivious on a 13-year-old girl. Martinez had sex with the girl on multiple occasions, and the girl is now pregnant. Police began their investigation of Martinez after Highlands County Courthouse employees reported that the girl’s family was attempting to obtain a marriage license for her and Martinez. Lake Placid police released the following statement: “Interviews with the suspect and the victim found that sex occurred more than once at the victim's residence in Lake Placid, and resulted in the victim becoming pregnant.” Martinez is currently being held in the Highland County Jail. It seems that there has been an explosion of these types of cases in recent years, and it coincides with the explosion of illegal immigration, mostly from Mexico, currently flooding this country. The most troubling and telling reason behind the growing epidemic of child molestation at the hands of Mexican illegal aliens, is the fact the age of sexual consent throughout the majority of Mexico is 12 years of age. Article 177 of the Mexican Federal District Penal Code discusses "sexual abuse" and punishment of other acts referred to as "unintentional" acts –"who without purpose of reaching copulation, performs a sexual act with a person under 12 or a person that has no capacity of understanding the meaning of the act or that for any reason cannot resist it, or that demands that such act is observed or performed, will be punished with 2 to 7 years in prison". In addition to Mexico City, the age of consent is 12 years old in the following Mexican states: -Aquascalientes -Baja California Sur -Campeche -Coahuila -Guanajuato -Guerrero -Hidalgo -Jalisco -Michoacan -Morelos -Nayarit -Oaxaca -Puebla -San Louis Potosi -Sonora -Tabasco -Tamaulipas -Yucatan -Zacatecas The age of consent is 13 years old in Nuevo Leon and 14 years old in the seven remaining Mexican states. The attitude towards having sex with little girls is carried with many Mexican men as they cross into this country. An example of this attitude can be found in Mexican national Diego Lopez-Mendez, who pled guilty in 2006 to sexually assaulting a 10 year old West Virginia girl. Through an interpreter, he told the court: “In the pueblo where I grew up girls are usually married by 13 years old….I was unaware of the nature of the offense or that it was a bad crime.” In order to bring charges of rape in most Mexican states, the law requires that the girl prove that she is a virgin, and that the charge of statutory rape be dropped if the rapist wishes to marry his victim. Of course, when discussing the issue of illegal immigration, this dirty little secret is never talked about by our politicians, nor is the impact that such an attitude towards the abuse of children could have on this nation by offering amnesty to millions of Mexican nationals. Until our politicians gain the courage to actually defend our border…Keep your children close!

I believe this is called "rapto" and in it, basically, if a man kidnaps and rapes a woman then she has to marr him. It reminds me of that disgusting film Borat in which Borat tries to stuff Pamela Anderson into a bride sack and kidnap her so she'll have to marry him.

And in some European countries (spain I believe) the age of consent is similar. Mexico is not unusual in this respect. In fact people in age group of 12-14 will routinely and voluntarily decide to have sex and then do so. And many of them both male and female will seek partners much older than themselves. I'm not suggesting that a majority will behave this way. but a very significant percentage will do so. Government can be too oppressive in criminalizing the activities of its people that it considers to be bad, yet are still common. The unusual thing about Mexican culture is its fixation with death. You know about the 'night of the dead' festivities on halloween. All over Mexico City the people go to graveyards on halloween and drink lots of alcohol while celebrating death. From about 1910 to 1920 the Mexicans had a civil war. They will tell you it was their 'revolution'. but it was a civil war of mexicans fighting and killing mexicans en masse. a group of soldiers from one side or the other would very routinely ride into a village and kill everyone. this is how the war was waged. I read that about 15 million people were killed. I believe that not one other nation in the entire world had a civil war like that. We had 650,000 killed in ours'. at the time (1860's) it was the most bloody war in world history. It really shook us. but few civilians were killed in our war (10% at most). I personally know Mexicans who tell me about the violence in sinaloa which is the state below sonora which is directly south of nogales or tucson. the mexicans have a culture of violence and death that is beyond what we can normally imagine. They like to have sex young, that is true. A mexican girl will start looking for a husband before age 15. by 20 they will either have children or be unhappy. but they do not have a culture of pedophilia that any significant percentage of them respects. they are a very pro-family people, extremely protective of their children. In the mexican form of spanish there are special affectionate words they use to describe male children and female children. they honor their young children tremendously. They spoil their children if at all possible. It is as if every mexican child knows that their family loves them.

no, I'm a white American. But where I live a large portion of the people are Mexican. And I frequently work with Mexicans. The Mexicans are building up among themselves incredible anti-white and anti-black way of thinking. They feel persecuted by their ambiguous legal status and by people like Sheriff Joe Arpaio. They are building up a terrible anti-American resolve. and they are becoming the majority at the same time. Americans are foolish to fan these flames. The Mexicans are here. They are going to stay here. We must welcome them as citizens and offer them US citizenship if we are to have a healthy atmosphere in the locations where the Mexicans are becoming the majority. Every single illegal who has held a job for even a short period should be given the choice of becoming a US citizen over a reasonable period of time and also to denounce their previous citizenship or else go home to their home nation. If we make them guest workers or otherwise prohibit those who have sincerely tried to become a part of our country, then we will further fan the flames of anti-Americanism among them. Remember, the republicans don't want to offer them citizenship, they want guest workers instead. We're building up racism inside our own country by following this course. Maybe in Maine or Minnesota they can afford to think that the Mexicans are not here. But not in Arizona, we can't afford that pretense. Do people understand that over 1,000 cars are stolen every week in Arizona. That is mexican mafia doing that. It is a jobs program for mexican teenagers. they come and steal your car in the middle of the night. Twice I have disrupted such thieves in the middle of the night and chased them off. I did this both times after observing them in the act of stealing a car (but not my car), both times I approached them without a gun and chased them out. So don't tell me its not a jobs program for mexican teenagers. I saw them. Once at my house, once somewhere else. In Phoenix area there are several people kidnapped and held for ransom every single day and this has been happening for years. That is mexican mafia. Do people comprehend that in our economic recovery we are not even creating 100,000 new jobs each month, and that we bring in almost 200,000 legal immigrants every single month? and that illegal immigrants are still to this day coming from mexico and getting hired by employers who are NOT penalized for hiring them? do people understand that some of our local schools have 99% mexican students. Do they understand that even if it is only 50% mexican the schools are forcing little white children to speak spanish at school. Forcing is the proper word. There are little english-speaking children sitting in a classroom where spanish is the only language spoken. in public schools. People in California and other locations don't want their kids going to a school where a foreign language is thelanguage used even in the instruction. But they want the children of arizona to be in such a dysfunctional situation. our government has deserted our (american) cause. and many of our people even are hostile to our national interest.

It is possible to have a young age of consent in a society in which premarital sex is discouraged because the girl's family act as protectors of the girl's virginity. This is why very conservative places often have a very young age of consent. It doesn't work as well to have a young consent age once the rules against premarital sex have been relaxed because there is no protection against young girls being exploited by strangers.
yes, you're right. they've seen some horrific violence in Rwanda and Congo in central africa. from what I understand that violence in central africa lasted for years after what you mentioned and actually millions were killed. the mexican culture is a bit unique in that historically they are fascinated by death. Remember how in southern mexico and in central america there were once native communities that engaged in human sacrifice, and it was a very big deal to them. I remember reading about a tribe from mexico coming up here to arizona and wiping out a tribal group in arizona. They first made friends with this arizona tribe, then put themselves in the presence of a bunch of them and then began ritual killing until all of them were dead. It is in their culture that when they practice warfare, they just plain kill everyone. I certainly don't suggest that our culture is perfect compared to theirs'. In europe they did human sacrifice killings for religious reasons too, as they did in many countries. but in mexico these things have been done on a different scale than elsewhere.
