Tull enjoys baiting the unsuspecting into posting more than they should. Two years ago he was trying to get someone to post they would assassinate Obama. Tull is a blatant racist and who knows why he finds this enjoyable; maybe he's still on a govt payroll. He is an ex-cop.

Robin, Destro and nolu chan need to be in The Home where someone can look after them and adjust their meds as needed (which is probably frequently). The only one posting on that whole thread who made any sense was someone who goes by the screen name Patches. I suspect he is the only sane individual who posts there.
