I still think it's genetics. I eat a lot of crap food that'd kill ordinary folk. The only liquid I consume is diet soda, and my cholesterol is always low. My immediate grandparents, great grandparents, and great greats, lived into their mid 90s, including my grandfather, who never met a piece of cooked beef or pork fat he didn't devour...even off someone else's plate.

"Satan / Cheney in "08" I ignore it all. Don't eat ANYTHING with partially hydrogenated oils in it. Get good fish oil that hasn't gone bad, and take niacin daily. Exercise daily and laugh and be happy, stress kills.
God is always good!
If you are afraid of contaminated fish oil, try flax seed oil and evening primrose oil.
