Found some interesting info on the Russian pilot at Matt's 911conspiracy.tv site [scroll down a bit when at the page for it linked below] and more at the YouTube site linked for YougeneDebs' research on the Russian's pics [suggest turning volume way down there -- almost off].
Similar to the WNYW FOX5 LIVE shot, a speedy object flies at the same level as 175, but from the North, just after the impact. Research has shown this vehicle to be the Russian photographer/pilot in a Cessna 172SP, who captured the impact (not the plane) on film while flying down the Hudson.
