All of these types of incidents are intentional. Not each individual event but the recruitment of low I.Q. Cops with anti-social tendencies, and the failure to restrict Taser use, are intentional with the foreknowledge that a certain percentage of events such as this will occur. That is the desired intent - to terrorize, dehumanize, and intimidate. It is psychological pressure and it is intentional. This is how you cow and subjugate a formerly free people.
You know what Turdle old buddy? It is entirely possible that you could be right, that it was just the ordinary run of the mill sadist with a badge. However, that does not do away with all of the evidences that we, as a people, are under widespread Psychiatric social manipulation.
The evidence is all there for those with the wit to see. The definition of intelligence is the ability to recognize differences and similarities. One can take an individual incident and isolate on it or one can look at that larger picture and see how the pieces of the puzzle fit together. The escalating use of Tasers and selection of certain personality types is a matter chronicled in the endless reports, the defense of Tasers in court as "non-lethal" weapons, the increasing militarization of police turning them from Peace Officers to Law ENFORCEMENT paramilitary operations etc., .... Instructive is the occasional lawsuit, as in New London, Conneticut, where a young man is turned away from the PD because his I.Q. was TOO HIGH etc., .... You really should get out of your shell more often.
