Can someone who is not legally the president be impeached? I would think that he just needs to be charged with fraud and whatever else they can think of, take whatever assets he has, strip him of any and all perks, including the SS protection, and then throw his @$$ in prison for about fifty years.

Good question. Fake presidents don't have to be impeached to be removed from office, just evicted immediately and arrested for fraud, etc. Criminal charges are supposed to be filed by a prosecutor before there are grounds to impeach qualified Presidents. It's not Congress's job to act as Criminal Prosecutors and it's not our Military's job to take any orders ever from an imposter while Prosecutors and the courts are derelict in their duties. This judge is incompetent and should be removed from the bench, since she doesn't seem to realize any of that. God help us, something is terribly wrong with her and others who act oblivious to the fact that our national security could be in jeopardy every minute from a possible charlatan. She's also demonstrated that she is not impartially qualified to sit in judgement of this case because the question is whether or not he is qualified to be in office and she has stated her biased presumption that he is "the president". Lakin's attorney(s) should file a motion to have her replaced.
Excellent post. I agree with every bit of that. Especially how the so-called "judge" should recuse herself since she is going into the case with a pre-determined conclusion, prejudiced in favor of Obama.

She's a biased embarassment as a judge. The Military should do the right thing and remove her from the case themselves.
