Can someone who is not legally the president be impeached? I would think that he just needs to be charged with fraud and whatever else they can think of, take whatever assets he has, strip him of any and all perks, including the SS protection, and then throw his @$$ in prison for about fifty years.
Liberty is not a means to a higher political end. It is itself the highest political end. He (Gordon Duff) also implies that forcibly removing Obama, a Constitution-hating, on-the-down-low, crackhead Communist, is an attack on America, Mom, and apple pie. I swear these military people are worse than useless. Just look around at the condition of the country and tell me if they have fulfilled their oaths to protect the nation from all enemies foreign and domestic. What does it matter if Obama is "embarrassed"? Has that pos not embarrassed the whole country? Seems a bit of payback would be in order and in the finest American tradition.

It should be painfully obvious to all Americans that we DO NOT have three independent branches of government anymore. It's just a little fairy tale repeated ad nauseum in American history classes.

Right you are; there is a dangerous disconnect between classroom teachers and reality because of the unholy alliance between the owners of textbook factories, universities, and schoolboards. The teachers teach from whatever material is officially adopted.....It is obvious that teachers will not receive reality from tv or newspapers. To whom should we complain about this? The voters?

The guy should have know that he wouldn't get justice, but at least he tried. He is willing to throw 18 years of his military career away, he must have had enough of the BS and the needless killings, thank God! Obama isn't going to be impeached, if anything, he will get another term. Votes mean nothing anymore, haven't for quite a while. The only chance for America is a revolution, and the elite are preparing for the uprising right now so they can squash it before it even has a chance to accomplish anything significant. There is a huge mental facility in Alaska that is just waiting for inmates. All those deemed a threat to the elite will get free one way tickets there.

One nation in thrall to servants of Satan masquerading as "public servants" and who run under the label of Republican and Democrat. Not saying that each and every one of them is a traitor but the evidence would indicate that most of them are. And the judges, promoted from shyster to the Cult of the Black Robe and almost all of whom are political prostitutes, are just as guilty as the politicians.

Fake presidents don't have to be impeached to be removed from office, just evicted immediately and arrested for fraud, etc. Criminal charges are supposed to be filed by a prosecutor before there are grounds to impeach qualified Presidents. It's not Congress's job to act as Criminal Prosecutors and it's not our Military's job to take any orders ever from an imposter while Prosecutors and the courts are derelict in their duties. This judge is incompetent and should be removed from the bench, since she doesn't seem to realize any of that. God help us, something is terribly wrong with her and others who act oblivious to the fact that our national security could be in jeopardy every minute from a possible charlatan. She's also demonstrated that she is not impartially qualified to sit in judgement of this case because the question is whether or not he is qualified to be in office and she has stated her biased presumption that he is "the president". Lakin's attorney(s) should file a motion to have her replaced.

Since when is a court marshal an impeachment hearing. I was not aware of any impeachment hearings. A soldier just wanted the right he was entitled to the right to call witness and the right of discovery. Both rights denied. We live in tyranny. We are not free. You are a possession of the state or a rebel/domestic terrorist. Behave accordingly.

That's good to know. She's a biased embarassment as a judge. The Military should do the right thing and remove her from the case themselves.
