You can hear the guilt and trauma that this poor woman suffered after being forced to defend herself from some maniac. I feel badly for her. Shooting people is no casual thing, it's very traumatic for most shooters.

I appreciated the supportiveness of the 911 operator, encouraging her to protect herself.
